He's the stereotypical weeb who thinks Japan is literally like in anime. Imagine if a Japanese person thought all Americans were literally cowboys and indians.

Alex visiting Japan in a few years...

That expression on that gentleman's face is worth a thousand words

all I know is that the aishi's are a long line of "tie the man down and take what you need" type of breeding (which is strange considering alex's fetish isn't female on male rape), except for ryoba who was apparently horribly inept at getting senpai dick since she waited 14 years after capturing him to get that baby juice.

Yeah surprise Japan doesn't mind the west doing anime stuff. They care when you lie about their culture and history (you know, like any normal person)

Just to back you up, Doki Doki Literature Club had a very positive reception in Japan for the most part, even though many of them knew that the game was actually made by an American.

Obviously there is a minority of Japanese people who despise any influence their culture might have had on western media, but most of them will be fine with it as long as you know what the fuck you are doing. Alex obviously doesn't, which is why they are pissed off.

How is it that every time Alex tries to expand upon the game's lore, he manages to create more questions then he answers (in a bad way) and makes it sound even stupider then before?

Prediction time. If Alex even trooned out (if) it wouldn't be because of autism or agp alone. If every woman is a filthy slut, someone has do it right. And who'd be a better candidate than a friend-free kissless, hand-holdless maiden of pure heart? It would also protect his stupid views by creating a "woman" who is just what he wants.

I honestly thing the way Alex writes kinda ruines the simplicity of a story.
It can't be just mentally sick girl being obsessed with a boy to the homicidal degree, no. There must be an entire clan of murderous semen deamons who've been doing that sort of stuff for generations and somehow never got caught.

Maybe he just tries to cash in on speculative fiction like Scott Cawton.

at this point they're not even really yanderes anymore (using the term loosely), more like female incubi.

To be fair, animating a character with a sasumata is probably pretty difficult.

In general though, Alex has this uncanny obsession with instant game-overs. Isn’t this game supposed to be about living with the consequences of what you do at school? If an authority figure like a Student Council member witnesses you commit murder, surely there are more interesting consequences that you can add than “u fail instantly lol”.

Honestly, if you wanted to be lazy, you could just find a spear or staff animation and chain it into a 'I'm being grappled' animation for the target.

And non-instant gameovers would be harder to code, require more thought, and be too interesting.

Imagine if having high reputation made students stand up for you when the police were called, and someone who witnessed you killing someone was basically defeated by the testimony of others.

Imagine a Student Council member being reprimanded for pepper spraying Ayano because 'that really nice girl couldn't have possibly done it', so then that person seeks revenge on you and tries to make your life harder in other ways (which can lead to game overs or just complications during your schemes, therefore pushing you closer to game over).

Oh yeah, Alex tried to have names that were either puns, had meaning, or were something that came from reading the kanji. Is it always the creator’s that talk about how much they love anime that end up missing the mark when it comes to making something akin to anime?
I think even your youngest anime fan would just pick something rare or dumb sounding for a few characters. I don't get Alex's obsession with puns. Do it once, and you're haha funny. Do it nearly a hundred times, and you're weird.

IMO the shitty pun names would've been fine if the game was tongue-in-cheek but Alex insists yansim is a serious game and treats it like sth for the ages. Naming anime OCs by throwing some words related to them into a translator is still a pretty popular practice but if you want your story to be taken seriously while having character names like fucking 'Green Green' you just look like a retard.

"If you wanna get all autistic about it"
"EXCUSE ME, TECHNICALLY SUCCUBI IS WRONG, ITS ACTUALLY INCUBI BECAUSE SUCCUBI IMPLIES SEDUCTION"
yes, because HE is being autistic about it apparently
That statement implied that keybored himself was the one trying to get autistic over something to another user, not the other way around
