A lot of that takes little to no real effort to do. I don’t understand how anyone who’s an adult can have difficulty practicing basic personal hygiene or problems including vegetables in their diet.
Because we label people "adult" when they manage to not be dead on their eighteenth birthday.
It does all take little to no real effort. That's what makes it sad so many people never get these little habits taught to them when they're children.
Every time I see a young person walking stooped over, or wandering about with their shoes untied, or not washing their hands after shitting. . . life is hard. It's harder if you're always tired, have back problems, and your gums bleed while dental bacteria swarm your bloodstream.
