It's probably not low T given how bald they are. It's that the world has demonized traditional male hobbies and made it 'ok' to be skinny noodles. If a man is spending his weekends in the woods or doing work shop stuff then they're far more likely to be more rugged and develop some muscle. If I have to see one more tranny on r/curlyhair... I have zero problems with men and women posting their curly hair there. But the troons always make these annoying ass before/after posts. Why not take a before picture from when you started "presenting as a woman"? It's always just for attention and asspats. And just like in any other female Reddit space (makeup or skincare subs come to mind), these losers get upvoted and praised to the heavens.

Those seem to be mostly complimenting the actual curls ("so bouncy", "so much volume"), the woman in general but more low key ("you're so pretty" as compared to "OMG SO STUNNIIIING GURL"), or they offer praise ("glad you found a routine that works for you"), or ask further questions about the routine.
