It's always up to your P.O.
Sometimes, especially when you're on Parole/Probation for an long time. The P.O. will stop making you come in and get tested / will stop checking in expect for a weekly or monthly phonecall. Depends on your P.O., if they feel you're someone they have to keep a close eye and you're reasonable and compliant. Being white helps a lot. He probably hasn't been drug tested in over a year, and probably got notice for it. + I strongly doubt anybody knows about the Killstream, much less cares to watch it.
