Yeah that's her bellybutton all right. She has the classic shape of 2 big stomach fatrolls and bellybutton is between them. On fat people the bellybutton would be fully hidden between these two rolls, but because Chantal is superfat, the lower fat roll is pulling the stomach down and showing this yest infested hole.

Another made up story inspired by the many teen shows she’s been binging while living her best fat girl life. Girl invented a whole story as an excuse to sit and deepthroat 5 tacos.

edited to add; I love the abrupt ending where she had stalled and churned out enough of this bullshit story that her five tacos were done and she was like “k I’m done if you wanna hear more of this story let me know but I’m out of food and don’t need to make anything else up so im gonna head out”. Ooooh, a teaser cliffhanger ending. I can't wait to hear the totally not fake story of tagging along on an escort date. I find the eyes rolling in the back of the head a lot more forced when she cooks her own food. When she's shoving fast food down her face hole it looks a lot more like she's taken a "hit".

No. look higher up directly under her giant fold. About half an inch above the necklace. They're skin tags.
