Other have explained this better but around last year the Dev of heartbeat RPG got called out on twitter for having problematic radfem leaning views and because her wife had also said some ~transphobic~ things. Since the game had a trans fanbase when the news came out they had their steam reviews brigaded, sort of backfired though since it got more sales. Andd the discount was 41% off so that caused more drama.
TLDR : Troons mad the Dev of their wholesome game doesn't share the same views as them
