Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

I feel like this a big reason why Chantal has given up losing weight and is now intent on accepting herself and loving herself as she is. She complains all the time that there is no help around her for obese people, and the places she has found are "very expensive." She isn't bringing in tons of money doing YouTube and she's unemployed. If Chantal were to actually buckle down and turn her entire life around, she'd be left with so much loose skin all over her body. There is no coming back from the damage Chantal has done to herself. Her skin will never retract. She will honestly look worse if she lost weight because the skin would be hanging everywhere. Sure, she might turn her health around, but she is so vain and superficial that she will never want to live in a body like that. She can't even afford mental health treatment for obesity, does anyone really think she can afford to pay for a panniculectomy, a tummy tuck, a lower body lift, an arm lift, breast lift and reconstruction? There's no way. Since most, if not all of that is cosmetic, insurance isn't paying for that. So she'd be looking at a bill of $30k or more. There's no way.
A possible compromise that she would not do: Lose down to like 230 ish. Some loose skin, not so much she would trip over it. It would look ugly, but she looks ugly right now anyway. IDK about Leafland but in the US, insurance will pay for skin removal *if* it repeatedly gets infected. Then it is considered medically necessary. So, optimistic ratings, bring em on lol.

I don't think Chantal grasps that she'd have a shit-ton of loose skin. It's why she can talk about losing all this weight and looking hot in all these new clothes she is going to buy.

I still believe Chantal operates out of the mindset that she is 200 or so pounds lighter than she really is. This would explain why, when she talks about losing weight for specific events (whether it's summer, like a few years ago, the bachelorette party like a couple years ago or her trip to the Dominican Republic early next year), it's only in the context of months, not years. She seems to be under the delusion that she is only a few months of struggle, and dieting, away from just being somewhat chunky.

Truth be told: Chantal's brain hasn't caught up to her weight-gain. It just hasn't, so, she can't compute the actual fact she's not only massively overweight, but likely to never get down to a reasonable weight again without some extreme measures (ie weight loss surgery). I think she is coming at all this from the perspective she did right before she went into that fat camp, lost 80 pounds, or however much she lost, and returned back home looking significantly smaller. This was, I believe, shortly after high school, but she quickly put back the weight as she returned to eating poorly and drinking all the time.

The difference, of course, is that Chantal is now pushing 40 and it's going to become increasingly difficult for her to even lose a marginal amount of weight.

Beyond that, Chantal is lazy. She doesn't want to put in the effort to lose the weight because, absolutely, it's not going to be easy.

But that kind of feeds into her cycle. She knows she needs to lose weight for her health, and is likely not happy with her current situation (despite the facade) but she can't ever commit to the process of losing it because she's too fucking lazy and also seems to believe she can continue to kick the can down the road and that, eventually, everything will click and she'll be able able to diet for six months and lose 200+ pounds. She has no concept of how fucking long it's going to take her to get down to even an obese-level of weight. Which is why it's so easy for her to give up on her diet fads and fall back into the same unhealthy eating habits that have made her 450 lbs.

Those pants are pulled to their limit. Even if she could reach down there, no way that zipper was shutting, even if she pressed all that fupa fat flat against a hard surface.

Seriously, Chantal needs to get that left upper arm looked at. It looks blue and it definitely looks bigger than the right one, with the bulge not only being larger., but there is also another crease under it with more fat.
There could be some blockage going on in there.

Which makes me wonder...what next. When we met Chanty she already had no gallbladder. In the next 2 years she's lost her uterus and her hair but gained the walker and the beetus.
What's next in the body transformation? Giant boil tumor thingy in the arm or beetus foot followed by amputation? So many choices, so.little time.

After watching someone as vain and self-impressed as Chantal struggle through trying on clothes that made her look like she needed an adult and an EMT standing by, and unable to even get the best of the lot over her sweaty, balding head, I feel now is a good time to list all the things Chantal has traded so she can spend every penny that comes her way and waste every moment of every day gorging or recovering from gorging:

--Living past 40, 50 if she's lucky.
--Living comfortably.
--The ability to breathe while doing anything more taxing than breathing.
--Freedom from chronic and continual diarrhea, gastric distress and constant flatulence.
--The ability to travel on planes.
--The ability to drive safely.
--Sex of any kind that isn't just her blowing some slob.
--Human intimacy of any kind.
--Bodily integrity and the ability to avoid horrible and smelly skin infections.
--The ability to keep herself clean.
--The ability to keep her surroundings clean.
--The ability to offer good care to her cats.
--Financial security.
--Sleeping without a machine on her face.
--Clothing that looks good.
--Clothing that feels good.
--Clothing that comes close to fitting.
--Walking unassisted.
--Standing unassisted.
--Ability to seek dental and optical care without worrying about the size of chairs.
--Friendships with anyone who isn't Peetz or the hapless Rina.
--Hobbies.
--Tying her shoes.
--Human attachments based on genuine caring and concern.
--Pride.
--Dignity.
--Sanity.

All of it. All of it just thrown in the street, dowsed in gas and set alight. All because deepthroating five tacos/an entire pizza and a bottle of ranch/three McDoubles, nuggets and fries/two orders of poutin/the left side of the menu at Red Lobster replaces every human experience. It replaces all those experiences so well that she looks down on schmucks like us who suffer endlessly and deprive ourselves, never able to truly enjoy life as fully as Chantal.

That's where I get a bit MATI, when I see that smugness in fats, that belief they are so much better than the thins because they understand that literally every element of the human experience that makes life living pales in comparison to the prospect of eating 4500 calories of Burger King while crammed behind the wheel of a fart-box, terrified others will see us. What do we, the hordes who can button and zip our own pants, who do not have first-hand knowledge of the thrills of experiencing our pants squeeze tightly between our second gunt and fupa, know of the thrill of eating two meals of take-out three to four times a day. Who are we to look at her with pity or disgust?

She’ll never lose weight, it's true. Loose skin and compression garments would be an okay pay-off for living a full, long, and enjoyable life, but she’ll never do it, even if she somehow realizes she must. The lure of grease and salt will always be her siren call, and it will lead only to her drowning in her own fat.

Who knows what Chantal thinks on the subject, but I have to hard :disagree: on the idea that she'd look worse with loose skin. I've seen before/after photos of people who've lost a ton of weight and have a lot of loose skin as a result, and it's certainly not the best look but it's a hell of a lot better than looking like they did before. With compression undershirts and such it can also be pretty well-hidden when clothed. I believe Chantal might use "but muh loose skin" as an excuse to not lose weight, but it's crazy to say that she'd be objectively worse looking.

Look at @fatgirlfedup, who had a ton of loose skin (she's since had one skin removal surgery, I think, but these pictures are from before that). She started at 450+ lbs. and lost over 300. You can't possibly say she looks better before losing the weight than she does with the loose skin?

I do believe the folks who say chafing is a huge issue with loose skin, but I don't know if chafing could be worse than the daily torture that it must be to be 400+ lbs. Chantal can't walk for more than a minute or two without practically keeling over and she's admitted the exertion of even that gives her a headache (yikes). She gets boils because she's unable (or unwilling, perhaps) to bathe properly. She definitely can't reach everywhere she needs to reach to clean herself properly on her own. She's close to not being able to drive herself around. Just look at @Dog Prom 3D's list, I won't repeat all of the crazy shit she gives up just so she can shovel down pounds of pout-sin whenever she wants.

I'd missed where she gets headaches just from walking. That is a huge red flag for high blood pressure, for one thing. Loose skin may not be the best 'look' for most people but I'd have a lot more respect for someone with a lot of loose skin. It shows they finally smartened up & put in the long & hard work required to lose the weight that was probably killing them.

She has claimed she already tested high for blood pressure, and then walked it back and said the next test showed she was perfectly normal.

That is precisely how the mysterious diabetes alert has been gaslighted out of existence ('cept here, of course!) Special diabetes doctor! Special diabetes diet!! Special diabetes lifestyle changes!! Special video of sadness and promises and aCcOuNtaBiLiTy and fake weeping!! Special mukbang!! What diabetes, everything is testing normally: I don't have diabetes. All in one week.

Frankly, even to a layman's eye, her blood pressure ain't looking 'normal' and she sure looks kinda beetusy at times. But if the tests say she is way healthy, then she is way healthy. Can't argue with test results.

There is one gotcha though that haydurs can always employ: her breathing. She knows fucking all too well that there's no test that's gonna come back as "normal breathing", and she has the CPAP to prove it. And just from that labored breathing alone, you can tell that nothing is going to come back from the doctor as "normal". She even has the missing organs to prove that.

Somehow, in addition to being the most incompetent HAES advocate, she also is its unhealthiest. And no occasional spinach smoothie is gonna fix that.

Hope we are still on for the Flapper girl tonight...ya never know with lazy fatsos.

Yeah, it was in June when she decided "I have to lose this weight and fight for my life" and so she was going to get thin by eating high vibrational foods and humpfing up and down the stairs in her apartment: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/chantal-sarault-foodie-beauty.36883/post-6749733

She said she was going to go up and down them three times, lost her breath standing there just talking about it, nearly died going up and halfway back down, and then waddled up to the camera huffing and puffing to say she was only going to do it once, explaining "I have a bad headache upon exertion and I don't think that's a good thing." She also said in that video that a nurse had recently taken her blood pressure and it was "153 for the top number". She also said she was going to talk to her doctor about it but somehow I doubt she has.

She ended up doing the stairs one more time and I absolutely thought we were going to see the end of Chantal caught on camera. I can't believe she does those stairs with any regularity with how badly she was sweating and puffing.
