He gets one thing very wrong. He says Faith couldn't bring a civil action and would have to go to a prosecutor. He's correct that you can't sue under a criminal cause of action directly unless there is some support in statutory or case law for it.

But there is a civil statute saying you can, whether or not a prosecutor brings a case.

§ 8.01-40.4. Civil action for unlawful creation of image of another or unlawful dissemination or sale of images of another.
A. Any person injured by an individual who engaged in conduct that is prohibited under § 18.2-386.1 or 18.2-386.2, whether or not the individual has been charged with or convicted of the alleged violation, may sue therefor and recover compensatory damages, punitive damages, and reasonable attorney fees and costs.

B. No action shall be commenced under this section more than two years after the later of (i) the date of the last act in violation of § 18.2-386.1 or 18.2-386.2, (ii) the date on which such person attained 18 years of age, or (iii) the date on which such person discovered or reasonably should have discovered the prohibited conduct.

C. Nothing in this section shall be construed to impose liability on an interactive computer service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 230(f), for content provided by another person.

I've seen fairly chunky casual meth heads who just overdo it one time, flip the fuck out and smash all their shit. Isn't he staying Japan? I've heard from a couple people speed / meth is fairly readily available. I don't know. I'm more chalking it down to him covering up the fact he partied too hard and crushed his bird a la Terry A Davis.

Okay, this fact changes my assessment. Nick made it sound like a criminal case would be uphill. A civil case only needs a preponderance of evidence. Nick might have his blinders on because he and Ralph are internet friends.

This by itself explains a lot of his other attributes, including his laziness, his physique to his wrap sheet. There are people who use pot recreationally and then there are those who live on it, and Ralph very much screams of the latter. Those people are often burnouts with other drugs too, so it's no wonder he shoveled Klonopin into his mouth like Tic-Tacs. @Null I tried on making a play by play, but there's nothing happening and I ragequit the stream. Ralph wasn't even talking or doing anything...

Last thing I saw before logging off, was Beardson and Dingo arguing about the FBI and honeypots. In the beginning, Ralph pretended nothing happened, said the gunt thing was "just a meme" and called Ade a crackwhore, then shut up. He then proceeded to host some people on his stream, who went on to act like absolute fucking morons whining at each other over nothing. This stream is god awful and the content is ass.
