One of the antifags posted a tactics thread a few hours ago. (Archive)

Edit: Another one observing the police's tactics. (Archive)

Last night in Portland was relatively tame, other than a Reason reporter getting her ass kicked by a bunch of street tweens. Tonight is threatening to be more animated.

Apparently this is last night and apparently that's Portland PD, looking like they finally started cracking some skulls. So tonight could be interesting.

What could possibly go wrong? This is the stupidest fucking idea
“Intervene after a shooting” maybe I’m a sperg but wtf is this supposed to mean? What’re you going to do after someone already got shot? And what would “retaliation” mean? Like I’m imagining a Wild West stand off at dawn when one of the people gets shot and suddenly a blue haired social worker steps in to “prevent retaliation” from the guy on the ground. Don’t we already have psychologists that work with shooting victims after the fact?

Antifa started in 1932 Germany so there is some connection. Would be good to clarify the limit. I guess discussing the minutiae of troop movements in Operation Barbarossa is going too far.

That is bullshit. Antifa did not start in 1930's Germany despite the fact that modern Antifa gangs like to appropriate the imagery. The Antifa movement as we know it today has two origin points, one for Europe and one for North America.

The European Antifa movement started in the late 1960's/early 1970's within the labor unions and the wider labor movement, since it was always stronger in Europe than in the United States.

The American Antifa movement emerged in the 1980's from the punk subculture and the wider disdain and opposition to the Reagan Administration and the nascent Religious Right and the neoconservative movement that emerged under his watch. Antifa's origins within the hardcore punk scene of the 80's is part of the reason why the Woke Left has a hard-on for punk culture and aesthetics.

Oddly enough, the Neo-Nazi skinhead movement also emerged around the same time, which is one of those things that further lends credence to my theory that punk was a mistake and it was never good.

Both of them claim to be a direct and unbroken continuation of the Weimar-era leftist militias but that's about as dubious as the claims of Wicca being an unbroken witchcraft tradition or the "We Wuz Kangz" bullshit spewed by black supremacists.

More on the evicted troons...big surprised, they were illegally squatting:

The landlord they are trying to destroy is an immigrant entrepreneur, of course.

Daily reminder that queer is a slur and that it's a bad idea to advertise your plan on social media even on a place as woke as Twitter and in a town as corrupt as Portland. It would be a shame if a few anonymous good citizens were to inform this landlord of what they were planning and tried to organize a counter-donation effort

It'd be an even bigger shame if some anonymous good citizens used this archived information to inform the proper authorities and also send it to the right people in higher positions of authority at the state and federal level

Seattle beer now comes with "ACAB" stamped on it.

Dempster wrote, "If it means someone won't buy my beer anymore, good. The beer was not created for them. I make my beer for folks who are actively anti-racist, anti-Trump, anti-fascist and pro-equality."

But wait there's more! This is not the first time Mirage has been in the news.

Mirage Beer said in the brief Instagram post: 'Fully agree those labels were a dumb idea. Still going to release the beers, but obv with new names. All proceeds going to the Southern Poverty Law Center [sic].'

For some reason every picture of this douche looks like a mugshot.

opposition to the Reagan Administration and the nascent Religious Right
The "Religious Right" was what the hippies, Marxists, and the Democrats/Liberals called everyone who was right of Stalin.

What's being termed as "The Religious Right" was basically "The American Voter" and had existed for a very long time.

It literally did.
I get what he's saying, there isn't any documentation in the public domain that directly ties the Antifa from the thirties to the Antifa of today. That doesn't mean much though, when you know how money flows to communist groups from the financial sector largely in secret.

So given how the Left shit on the military over their atrocities will he put Fuck the Troops or Fuck Veterans on his beer?

There doesn't need to be a direct tie. They could just resurrect the main ideas at any time. Antifa was always the paramilitary wing of communism in the West though, and communism never went away. It's hard to imagine that there would not be a continuous link, through international communism. I almost laughed out loud when he said punk rock was the origin of modern Antifa.
