You Know What Grinds My Gears? - Things that personally piss you off

Those inconsiderate morons on the road that either pay no mind to others around them for some reason or seem to not consider that there are others on the road besides them. This fuckwits then often risk the well-being or lives of others by driving like fucking assholes that I kind of doubt will learn anything from what they had just done mere seconds before.
The root of the "why the fuck is everyone such a bad driver" problem is that they hand out licenses like halloween candy. They think "well, everyone needs to have one, so they should all get one eventually."
I wish you had the option to fucking walk to places in the US, everything's so far apart in most places, which is part of why they think everyone needs a license, even if that means you share the road with people that know as much about driving as your grandma does about computers - depending on the area you live, you're pretty much fucked if you can't drive.

I hate the "corporations only care about money" line so goddamn much, it's repeated so fucking often it's just annoying to fucking here. Not to mention it's clearly not always the case, shit like politicizing the fuck out of things like comics or movies are a big no-no to anyone with common sense. The only way it makes sense is if you assume that at least part of the reason for doing it is because they're pushing their ideology of the people involved.
To be fair, some people genuinely seem think that major corporations like Sony or Microsoft actually have their best interest at heart.

Most of whom aren't even fucking zoomers.
I just hate modern memes in general, because they're all just repeating the same thing. At least stuff like advice dog or awkward penguin changed the text to mix things up a bit.

I'm gonna do an impression of a zoomer meme in this post, tell me how long before it stopped being funny (not that it was to begin with) and when it started getting really annoying to read the same thing multiple times in a row.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

What's got two legs and bleeds a lot?
Half a dog.

That's how I feel about memes like Trololololol, Rickrolls and various other stuff, people just run it into the ground and still post it and feel like a comedic genius for doing so. If we've heard the joke before we won't find it funny, because we know the punchline.

When you save someone from a scam and they're more pissed off at you than the person who was stealing their money.
Hand in hand with that, people who post internet hoaxes that have been debunked years ago and respond with salty scREEching or doubling down that the hoax just has to be true because they shared it from a trustworthy person.

More literal here, I hate it when I wake up at some ungodly hour needing to use the bathroom. It fucks with my sleeping schedule because by the time I'm done I'm not as tired as I was before and I end up waking at a later time than I want to.
The worst is when I'm sick enough that I go to bed early, wake up feeling well rested, and see that only 60-75 minutes have elapsed. The worst is knowing that once I wake up that first time,I'll be waking up again every 75 minutes whether I want to or not. *sigh*

Having to take a giant shit in the middle of the night, starting to read something interesting while shitting and then getting sucked down a rabbit hole for an hour and a half I shoulda been sleeping
Join the club, fam. I can tell myself I'll only do or check X and end up going down a rabbit hole and wasting a couple of hours intended for something else.

Almost every time I have to cross a road, someone really has to make a turn and act as if they don't see me. It's also really annoying when people stop on the crosswalk and block it off.

I hope to live in a place that isn't so car-centric someday. Where I live is an urban car-centric wasteland of shopping.

I know, right? That's happened to be me a couple of times when I was riding my bicycle. And before anyone assumes that I might be one of those inconsiderate a-hole cyclists, I'm not. I hate those people too because they make cyclists like me (i.e., ones that ride normally and within the law, mostly*) look bad and therefore affect how others see cyclists like myself.

People in comments sections of "political" posts on fb or wherever that go "wow look at all the hate in these comments. How sad." And there's really no hateful comments there at all, just some that are disagreeing with it. Also, page owners on their own posts gloating about banning people or deleting comments and being so great for virtue signaling and upholding morality when they're really just a butthurt wimp.

I ordered Postmates but they never delivered. I haven't tried any type of outside food in months and months (before lockdown) and I was craving some subway. The stupid driver marked it delivered at a completely different address on the map. I watched her drive past me and to a whole different neighborhood. I got a refund though so that's a huge relief.

People on social media especially twitter or instagram larping as activists and all those annoying " What's happening in X. A thread" threads.
What’s really annoying is that some of those internet activists act like they are authorities on everything, when usually they are the opposite. Say what you will about politicians, but at least most of them have some background in law and know how things operate more than the average internet activist (it’s not a high bar though). It also doesn’t help that due to the nature of being an internet activist that they usually go for the most feel good solutions with little to no real world applicability. Finally, if someone does choose to be an internet activist, I’d rather they stick to their own country’s issues rather than trying to use other country’s issues for clout on social media (but that’s not going to happen). Internet activism is a cancer and I wish it would go away soon because the ignorance of majority of those internet activists is astounding and they are making things worse for everyone with each lecturing thread and post.

People Who For No Apparent Reason Type Like This Like Bitch Why Are You Going Out Of Your Way To Be Wrong, Your Sentence Is Not A Title.

Chris-Chan does this, so whenever I see this I imagine them slobbering and drooling and tarding out at the keyboard. If they also throw in those shitty clapping emojis 👏 like 👏 this 👏 like 👏 an absolute faggot, I think the same but they're also black.

I disliked your post because of the clapping emojis, I don't care about the context in which you used them, it still annoyed me. And like anyone who emoji-claps like that I really wanna slap you.

I've mentioned something like this before, but are all fans of rap assholes who like to play their garbage loud and then get mad if you try to get them to turn it down (which may be a bad idea)?

It sure seems that way in this urban American shithole...

We're not all assholes, I think it's pretty rude and inconsiderate. Especially with so many rap songs having some pretty scuffed lyrics.
