Lets say it becomes legalized this would most likely include other drawing styles such as photo realistic since the creator can say the person drawn does not exist and is just from my imagination which would be hard to prove if it were actually a real person. At that point they may as well legalize CP.

Photorealistic drawings of children actually are already illegal. If it's "indistinguishable from a real child" it's illegal in the US. This would apply to things like deepfakes as well. Similarly drawing porn of real life children is illegal. There's definitely ways to allow drawings of young looking cartoon characters while also banning things that are more photorealistic and actually look a lot like real children.

Either way it's pedo shit. There's a big distinction between something being legal and something being ok to do.
