Still listening to the stream... a thought just occured to me...
It's quite obvious that they tried to use the convention as a way to pay for a personnal trip to Hawaii (they wanted the con to pay for both their plane tickets and their hotel reservation, Monica did the bare minimum as a guest and just disappeared with Ron as much as they were able to, and Ron is still salty about the trip not being paid by the con).
And Stan says Monica knew that his associate has a seafood allergy... So, could it be that Monica (and Ron) purposely pushed for a seafood restaurant in order to have an excuse not to eat with them and have a little date just between the two of them instead?
But Ron is totally not a manipulative piece of shit anymore, he is a changed man! Right?

Not only was she fine with it, other VAs have reported it smelled strangely like a used gym sock full of warm tuna anytime she and Vic did panels together. Never did get to the bottom of that one, though.

For two, Creepy Ron continues to display apt magical thinking by calling his posts "education on a matter of public concern". Good lord, the case needs to come back so we get "I do not recall" round 2

Again, for the love of god let the appeals come back in Vics favor, all these extra 400+ tweets from Ron would be extra hilarious, specially in front of an actual Jury.

I honestly think if this gets bounced back on appeals and ends up in front of a jury, Lemoine would have to go full Tonya Harding on Ron before he could testify. Even without all this extra insanity that smug, unlikeable cunt would be anathema to a jury.
I know a lot of people made a big deal early on about how this case would play before a probably conservative, probably christian Texas jury, but I genuinely think the defendant's conduct has been so egregious, and they come across as so unlikeable, that I think Vic would win in front of any jury in the country outside of a handful of batshit crazy lefty hellholes like Portland.

Vic made that Karen Grandma from Dallas who was on Low T's fucking payroll, his bitch to the point where even she naturally can't lie about Vic being bad for a while in her article (until she edited it, probably due to Greg's interference). Also, IIRC, 2 of the 3 judges are females. In fact, 1-2 members of the jury may be female.

Vic wins the firat impressions round without even trying. Not just because him being his usual self, but also because Ron of all people is in front of him as a opponent.

I really could see Ron trying a stunt like this to ruin Vic.

Next Ron might try a dark web hitman if we are lucky.
