You insensitive faggots. Don't you know that Lowtax's spine has crumbled to the point he needs to practice sitting? He has no feeling in his right arm, how the hell is he supposed to sign anything to handover Something Awful when his powdered spine won't let him move his arm? The poor man is in so much pain and is definitely legitimately allergic to opioids, you need to work on your priorities and also donate to his patreon so he can afford a vent hood surgery to fix his back.

Why does he even need to sit to do that shitty stream? I won't even call it a livestream, it's more of a deadstream. He could do that literally lying in bed, or completely unconscious in a coma, just broadcast a screen saver for two hours.
