Basically, if memory serves, the statute in question was relatively low-level, he's claiming he's hacked (we get to call bullshit, the DA needs to involve computer forensics and shit for something he probably thinks is retarded), and the alleged victim is still in a relationship with him.

The Revenge Porn Law in Virginia is classified as a Class 1 Misdemeanor, which is only a max of 12 months in jail or a $2500 fine, or both. No prosecutor is going to bother pursuing this unless Faith wants it to be prosecuted, and from every indication so far, that doesn't seem to be the case.

So fucking true. If I was a super hacker who had access to Ralph's stuff I would've downloaded EVERYTHING asap before Ralph noticed. I would've sold the juicy stuff to the highest bidder or, if no one wanted it, I would've leaked it while Ralph was streaming and gloating about something gay. Certainly NOT during a stream where his GF's ex is leaking juicy DMs and certainly NOT to him of all people. I'd likely give it to Null or Godwinson.

It's pretty obvious that Ralph was drunk, his thin skin was getting sore and he thoughtlessly sent it to that guy to make him jealous. Any talk of hackers doing that to fuck with Ralph is just completely retarded.

There's nothing "masterful" about her manipulation. BPDs are good fakers, but once you get to know them the façade falls apart pretty quickly. I think he either didn't want to believe Fai Fai wasn't as sweet as he thought, or he was distracted by his three other kids (one of which is quite young). Neither of those things are necessarily his fault, though.

But I doubt the phone is where he fucked up. Lots of young teens have phones & don't become like Faith.

If we're still taking bets, my money's on Fai Fai & Walph Walph getting into a domestic dispute that [further] tanks Ralph's reputation, à la Rich "Lowtax" Kyanka & his ex-sidepiece Logan Day. The fact that he considers the phone to be his biggest fuckup and he describes her manipulation as "masterful" strongly indicates to me that either he hasn't done any serious reflecting as to what parenting decisions lead his daughter to turn out this way, or he being dishonest about his actual contributions to portray himself more favorably in public.
