In Baltimore, they have "Ceasefire Weekends", every couple of months, for 72 hr periods, where they implore the pavement apes to stop killing each other.

Even when you're killing a pest, like a snake or a rat or something like that, most decent people will look at such a task with distaste and try to make it as quick as possible for themselves and whatever they're killing. These subhuman pieces of shit, on the other hand, take pleasure and joy from killing an animal slowly, not only that but unnecessarily. I've seen more respect granted to coyotes that tried to break into the chicken coop. Nobody really likes doing it, but a solid thump on the head or a .22 behind the ear will get it done quick and without any needless suffering.
