Ethan has this weird habit of not denying allegations made against him, but instead mocking them. It reminds me a lot of what people who don't like to lie do in order to try to deny a truthful allegation made against them, without outright denying it. Of course that isn't rock solid evidence he's guilty, but if he is innocent he should just say "I don't have anything to do with this" or "I'm not behind this", etc, sort of like what Pokimane did.
