Money Chandlers sued for debt megathread

Chris only seemed into it because the tranny blogs he was following were chimping out over the election. Other than "Cheeto man is bad for LGBT", Chris really doesn't understand or want to know about silly things like policy or foreign affairs. I'm sure if you asked him, he'd probably still hate Pmurt, but that would be the end of the explanation.
Even Chris has his limits on that though; he questioned the point of people angry-tweeting at Trump knowing that he most likely doesn't use the account himself, which surprised a bunch of us here.

Someone probably explained it to Chris. Chris is the same person that thinks Tau of Maud is a spiritual leader.

Can Chris get money siphoned from his Trump Funbucks? Did he already get them?

The rare moments when Chris has an outbreak of logic and reason are always unintentionally hilarious to me.

Like something's so obvious that it manages to vanquish Autism itself for several minutes.

Can you go to jail for not paying debts?

Make him pay off his debts by doing labour like digging in the stone quarry.

Overwhelming debts and tax evasion yes.

IRS avoids Chris since he is too stupid to file tax form or get a caregiver from the state who can put up with Chris' batshit lunacy.

Autism get jail free card is still a very real thing, for example after Douglas Spink's supposed death he got on parole after assaulting police officers, multiple instances of ASA and possession of CP to name few. If Toggle is to be believed state gave him a therapy animal despite court order forbidding to own animals or be near animals.

At worst Chris will end up in a mental institution as he proved himself that he is incapable taking care of himself over and over again.

Tax evasion yes, debt dodging not so much in the USA. You'll have your life totally wrecked in other ways, but debtor's prison is not a thing. We have homelessness instead when people don't keep up with rent or mortgage, get evicted, and can't pay for other accommodations or get some poor sap to take them in.

Got a feeling that Chris's debt cases might be coming up, so did a quick look up. Seems like there are now 2 companies suing Chris. Not sure about how the Courts in Virginia are affected by Covid, but yeah most likely nothing will happened.

Is there a point in the American civil process where a court will simply declare Chris incapable of managing his own money and appoint somebody to do it for him?

No. Also he's managing fine. He has spent their money and they aren't getting another dime from him at this point. They're the ones who managed their money poorly.

Frankly I'm just waiting for him to have to be in court and wonder if he'll finally drop the sonichu act or risk looking like a loony. That's assuming he goes on his own and doesn't have barb around to handle him in the courtroom. Given how she must be fed up having to leave the house for him because of his inability to be the man of the house and pay off the debts I've got a feeling mommy dearest isn't going to the courthouse this time

I'm reminded of something my friend's mom said to one of the many financial organizations hunting for my friend's dad.

"If you idiots were stupid enough to let him con you into lending him money considering his public record, you deserved this. I hope you find him, though."
