The government, cannot love you.

Exactly, so I refuse to pledge my allegiance to it. Seems like a pretty fair agreement to me. If meester government does not want to relinquish the stranglehold on power that it has, then I simply refuse to play the game. I cannot trust the government to act in my interest, so I will not act in the government's interest.

Incoming negrates.

The pledge of allegiance is a fucking joke. I have no obligation to be loyal to a government that doesn't care about me. I legally participate in the American system solely because it, at a base level, benefits me. Deep down, that's why most people participate in it. A couple of pretty sentences does nothing to establish any sense of loyalty or patriotism in anyone, it just makes those that are already jingoistic feel good about themselves.

My allegiance is to my ideals and principles. It just so happens that they line up pretty nicely with where I live.

So you'd say you're more of a citizen of the world then?

So you'd say you're more of a citizen of the world then?

I suppose so. I don't really find myself aligning with any government. I obey the law in the interest of expediency, but you'll never see me serving in any military or local/federal government unless it were in my direct best interests to do so. The only reason I even bother with filing taxes is, as much as I disagree with the government taking my money, it's in my interests not to deal with the IRS' shit, so I make the sacrifice.

Oh I get it - you're an idiot edgelord with no understanding of how the world works.

I don't like the Fed, I don't agree with the almost unilateral power it has over the average, everyday person, and I don't like that I can't do anything about it but 'vOtE' and 'pArtiCiPaTE'. What's idiotic and edgy about not wanting to play a rigged game?

California is (rightfully) burning to the ground, President Trump is to blame.

I find it pathetic they still have to rant against some general blob of evil they assume exists instead of just agreeing with the guy because lord help them if they agree with someone who votes differently. And it's always an "why do you vote against your best interests?" angle.

So Trump called the DNC out for having some edgelord pause the pledge of alegance just to intentionally NOT say "Under God"

And they're having a sad, because doesn't he know it's current year and all Christians were cucked into permanent silence by FACTS AND LOGIC by Youtube athiest videos?!

Well I'm going to be honest here. The only reason why the words "Under God" is in the 'Pledge of Allegiance' and even the motto "In God We Trust" is also on the U.S Dollar was because back in the 1950's the Soviet Union had conducted many anti-religion purges to promote 'State Atheism' and when this happened when the U.S Government (more specifically the Eisenhower Administration) approved of both of these things where 'Under God" was then added to the 'Pledge of Allegiance' and the words "In God We Trust" would also be added onto U.S. currency later on as a form of protest towards the Soviet Union's human rights abuses anyway.

To be honest, I personally don't want these things on any official government programs on the count that the U.S. Constitution (the First Amendment) that states that the government cannot promote any religion or even let alone create state sponsored religion by the way. Now while politicians are able to express their beliefs (they have the right to do so) to me they shouldn't really be allowed to pass laws to promote God, Shiva, Allah or any other deity and belief system officially into the government anyway.

So even with this said, I'm sure the only actual reason why the Democrats are doing this is now is to simply spite Donald Trump and his supporters on the count that they're going full communist (as much as most of them want to deny it) in recent years at this point.
Malcolm X used to be in the black supremacist Nation of Islam cult. He then took a trip to Mecca, and saw people of all races circling the Kaaba. This inspired him to change his religion to traditional Sunni Islam, and start denouncing the Nation of Islam as a cult. The Nation of Islam didn't take to kindly to that, and so they sent an assassin to kill Malcolm X.

The Nation of Islam in general is interesting in itself, since it started the meme amongst urban black communities that Islam was the "traditional religion" of the Africans, when it wasn't (most traditional sub-Saharan West/Central African* religions were animistic polytheism). Islam didn't even really penetrate into the religious practices of ethnic groups such as the Hausa until around the 1400s to 1500s.

*most Black American slaves were of West/Central African descent, primarily Yoruba
The best way I can describe the 'Nation of Islam' is that the Nation of Islam is to Islam what Mormonism is to Christianity anyway.

Now I'm sure most people here should know about the 'We Wuz Kangz' meme but for those that are living under a rock then allow me to explain then.

So the Nation of Islam basically has their own wacky creation myth that makes Scientology almost look less stupid in comparison anyway.

The origin myth (according to the Nation of Islam) goes that where many centuries ago a race of intergalactic demigod black people then came to Earth and established the first functioning civilization. So one of these alien black people was a super scientist black man named 'Yakub' and he was the one that created that white people but Yakub found his creation way too dangerous as they could threaten the rule of the black man so Yakub locked away the white people in caves in Europe but the white people escaped from their cave prisons, they started an uprising and overthrew the black man, and then they took civilization away from the black man for themselves and then they started to rewrite history to make it appear that it was white people that made the notable historical achievements then.

Now I wish I was making this up but this is what the Nation of Islam actually believes and it's beyond parody at this point.

It's the reason why stupid stuff such as this stupid song even exists then.

This whole 'Afrocentrism' thing is only bullshit. The ancient Greeks were not black, Ancient Egypt was not a black civilization, the Samurai of Japan were also not black, Mozart was not a black man, the Israelites were not black nor was Ancient Israel a black civilization either, a lot of the big thinkers from the 'Age of Enlightenment' were not black, William Shakespeare was not black, Beethoven was not a black man, and also name me at least one example of a black civilization in Africa that was on par with Ancient Egypt then. That's what I thought.

It's just fascinating to me how people can believe in such bullshit anyway.

How can anyone believe that time-tested forestry practices just suddenly stop working when you cross state lines into California?
Well under normal circumstances, the 'United States Department of Agriculture' is suppose to ensure that forestry mulching is performed to clear away the underbrush, unhealthy trees, and grasses to reduce the chances of major wildfires from happening then.

This is for under normal circumstances but in the communist utopia you must let the forest grow out of control and when the wildfire season is here then the tress shall burn your communities to the ground by that point.

This isn't really Donald Trump's fault, this is what happens when you ignore the proven methods of lowering the chances of wildfires from happening in the first place anyway.

California has fucked itself mightily. Because of their air quality mandates designed to make it easier to do business in China, state agencies can't cause the air quality to drop, which anything other than the tiniest controlled burns would do. And then tons of "But muh endanged left-leaning-dick Owl!" from tree huggers. You couldn't even start a volunteer group to go clear brush because that's where the endangered Homless Jibberer lives. They also have lots of dead wood in their forests from trees that didn't survive their decade long drought.

But most importantly, the forest is where all the rich fucks have built their mansions. "You can't destroy my pristine forest view! Forestry be damned, that's like a whole year or two of everything looking bleak! No!"

So they have dug themselves this deep, dark hole where now everything is so fucked that even the plants that are adapted to survive forest fires can't survive the prolonged hot fires because of all the brush piled up from decades of no fires.

If they were smart, and they aren't because they are still in california, they would be doing controlled burns during the rainy winter months instead of waiting for everything to be a sweltering tinderbox in summer.

Just declare California a fire-free zone.

We have signed into law a complete state-wide ban on assault fire.

The pledge is (or was) one of the few things we didn't have a game to play around as a country. It's literally just a pledge to the flag and what it means for us as a country ( E Pluribus Unum, Civic Nationalism and Republicanism, etc.) I don't think most people go up there with Nancy Pelosi's saggy tits in their mind's eye.

When I was very young (preschool age) we used to do the pledge, then we would sing a short song and salute the flag.

"Flag of America; red, white, and blue. Flag of America; a salute I give to you!"

And after that we would do a flag folding ceremony.

We did that sort of thing every day too. The Pledge first, and then we sang "God Save The Queen" but with the American lyrics. 😄

And if Egypt really was a black civilization. blacks would have to pay reparations to the chosen ones. :story:

History/Biblical Sperg.
tl;dr Jews were very likely never Egyptian slaves except in their own heads.

There is no exact time given for the Exodus, but the Egyptians seem to be the first civilization to write about das juden.
(Getting spergily specific here: There is a mural that shows the Egyptian pharaoh making the kings of many other peoples/nations his bitches. There is one that isn't translated, but that word is used again to very clearly refer to jews/israel, but there is a different word used for the followers of moses later on and ever after; so its unknown if this subjugated ruler is the king of the jews, or if its just a lumped term for "People of the Desert"; the Egyptians seem to have used of Sea People to refer to no less than 6 different peoples who raided the Egyptian coast so that's not without precedent.)

Anyway, there are no records of importing an entire people, or of building projects like the ones described in the Bible, occurring in Egypt. The "In Egypt" is important.

So, the key here is to think of the Bible/Torah as True, but not Accurate. (example, if I say "This thing weighs a million pounds!", I don't mean that literally. I mean its heavy. What I have said is true (this is heavy) but not accurate (it does not actually weigh a million pounds)).

A very plausible scenario is that Jews were nomadic/unincorporated herdsmen with some family members who farmed or tended orchards in the Sinai or there abouts. Due to the fact the Ice Age was still going on, the land there was greener the red sea/Med had lower levels, so it was not the desert it is today.
Egypt was growing in wealth and power, and was looking to make a power-play into Canaan (Modern day Syria/Lebenon/Israel/Jordan/Suez). They moved into the regions to their east, and began to tax and tribute from this conquered land. Likely these early jews were so subjugated.

Now, here's where the "in Egypt" thing comes into play. Egypt didn't seem to administer their new territory directly. It was too remote - as silly as that might seem to us in modern time given they are right next to each other. So the Egyptians seem to have made an alliance with a local ruler (and possibly several), and made him a vassal in exchange for letting them base and move troops through the area. It is likely this sub-ruler who was oppressing the jews - with the tacit blessing and backing of the Egyptians.
This ruler would have possibly used some sort of Pharonic styling in his title "Servant of the Pharaoh" or such, and may have just straight up told the more backwards people that he was Pharaoh.
It is also likely this Ruler, especially if using Pharonic stylings, would try to emulate Egypt by trying to build cities like theirs.

Because here is the biggest clue the jews weren't enslaved in Egypt:
Egyptians never built with mud-straw bricks. They didn't need to. Nile mud requires no fillers for strength.

Moses is a slightly sticker situation.
There are mentions of several famines in Egypt in the +-100 years Exodus could refer to, but none lasting 7 years (again, see True vs. accurate). Some scholars believe Moses was raised/schooled in Egypt proper, some think in just in this local Ruler's palace, as at the time the Royal House in a backwater place like the Senai would have been the focal point for everything: royal ceremonies, administration, reglious ceremonies, and learning.

There is some possiblity of Moses as a foundling, but a more likely scenario is that Moses' family was well-off enough they could pay to send their son to try to integrate with their new ruling elite. The foundling story was likely developed to sweep his family's race/ethnic/class traitor behavior under the rug as a way to explain why he got all this foreign elite education.
(which is where some of the discussion of him being actually educated in Egypt comes from; there are no rivers in the Senai, and none at the time either. So a possible scenario is that Moses impressed a visiting scholar from Egypt who took him to Egypt proper - hence the story about being found in a river, since that's Egypt's defining trait)

The second biggest clue things in Exodus are not accurate is the behavior of the "egyptian" troops. Basically no Egyptian general was that fucktarded, especially when they had archers. So there are two likely explanations:
First, that the pursuing force was not Egyptian but belonged to the local vassal, and possibly used Egyptian-pattern equipment. Those guys might have been dumb enough to attempt a river crossing as described.
Second, the force was Egyptian but was simply halted by the flooded river as Moses lead the jews over mudbanks that wouldn't support an advancing army. They might have lost a few horses, but that doesn't make for good TV.
Well there is a third, which is a pursuit never actually happened and the local vassal just shrugged and said "nomads gonna nomad". Again, that doesn't make for good TV.

There is also a fair bit of historical revision that likely came into play. By the time the Torah would have been written down in a language and not just a combination of oral history supported with pictograph type records, Israel and Egypt were regional rivals playing for the same land. It would have been a natural thing for the oral stories to have changed from "King of Whatthefuckevertopia" to "Those fucking dickholes, the Egyptians" about the time everythign was written down.

There is some more spergy shit, like the battlefield supremacy of Chariots at the time and the importance of showing their destruction by God, but this is long and gay enough and I'm stopping here.

You got it wrong. Yakub created white people out of spite and hatred of the Ebanoid tribe (blacks) because they would bully him as a kid for his large head, so using magnets and law of attraction as inspiration, he created the philosophy of "Trickonology" as a way to subvert the Ebanoids and create a race that would wipe them out.
So Yakub created a dissident movement and created riots with his followers, the cops arrested him and since he had so many followers, prisons couldn't fit all of them, so the King of Egypt personally went to Yakub and agreed to give them 20 years worth of welfare and some ships so Yakub and his followers could exile themselves in exodus to other lands.
The Ship's destination was the Patmos Islands, and on their destination Yakub started his dastardly plan of Eugenics by making sure only light skinned babies were born and darker skinned babies were tossed off. those that survived the eugenics were eventually to become other races like the Asians, Naative Americans and Arabs.

Once they reached Patmos, Yakub's plan was complete, he did not live to see Patmos but his work was done and he told his Albinoid children their destiny or some shit.

Anyways Moses tried to stop them with Dynamite or something, I don't know have the PDF
