I see Two-ton is still hung up on "calling someone a pedo isn't defamation". Okay, fine. I think in Sandmann's case CNN EDIT: actually WaPo calling him a racist or whatever wasn't considered defamatory.

What about Monica's claim Vic had attempted to assault her in some fashion in his hotel room? What about Marchi's story that Vic had battered her in Funimation's lobby? What about Ron's claim Vic had assaulted hundreds of women, four of whom were Ron's close friends? What about Funimation's claim that they were terminating Vic after an investigation, and that they did not condone harassment or threatening behavior? None of those are opinions. Those are statements of facts. The flimsiest one is Funimation's since they have made the weird claim that they were never talking about Vic, yet Karen Mika and Tammy Denbow both testified they had found unacceptable behavior on Vic's part. Judging by the comments, everyone who read the February 11th tweet, pro- and anti-Vic, interpreted the tweet to mean Vic was the one accused of harassing and threatening behavior,

In the Sandmann case, calling Sandmann a racist wasn't deemed defamatory, but the false fact statement that Sandmann had attempted to obstruct Stolen Valor Injun was considered defamatory.

Back to the weeb wars related to the FE community, Mangs (the one that received a shitload of accusations from a circle of ex-friends that simply wanted to ruin him due to jealousy/self-esteem issues/malice and made him leave Discord+Twitter and Youtube in the end) made this video to address his situation and give his version that at the time of the accusations no one wanted to hear him out.
As expected, he explained quite well what happens when so called friends for whatever reason decide to gang-up on you and cherry pick silly/cringy stuff you've said to them in the past in a very lame but long sequence of attempts at damaging you with the full intent of destroying you and pushing you down to the abyss, after making you suffer true despair and loneliness and helplessness. Yet again, just like our favourite gay-pants user, he received support from fans and managed to stay afloat and not neck himself, promised to continue working on bettering himself since he's actively seeking professional help weekly (something our favourite cucked doggy will never do since he feels superior to us puny humans) and taking better care of himself and obviously staying far away from socials and discord leaving only his yt channel up.

"Cancel culture doesn't exist!It's called consequences." said a certain dumb brain-damaged turd, yet again what Mangs had to go through is only described as cancel culture or witch hunt or bandwagoning a hate mob as most of what his accusers said is more of a "he said she said" with both parties describing the same events in extremely conflicting ways since only them know what the heck really happend, one really can't expect anything even remotely smart from him nor KV or lawtwit as always.

Quoting myself once again, since after Mangs returned to YT after 2 months of cancelling himself, his previous accusers got outed for what they truly are and at least Chaz Aria (the most vocal of his accusers and I think he was even the first to attack him, to then pass on other targets to destroy) promised to take some time to "address some things" basically admitting to attack him once again, Mangs already lost like 30k subscribers while the others are mostly the same as before yet didn't grow in numbers like before, so I guess now it's only a matter of time until they all fade to their deserved obscurity, just like with Vic and Depp cases...whenever someone gangs up along some other losers to destroy a specific target the only result that comes out is their own dirty laundry and successive self-destruction plus infighting after they don't have anyone else to "fight for the victims" or whatever BS they run with.

The fact that the con/Vic are hyping up his "special announcement" so much gets me, well, hyped up. I wonder if he's going to announce his own voice over company or studio. That'd be great and I think he'd deserve it. Then again, this doesn't seem all that likely.
