This is a REALLY bad sign. This to me says that he is experiencing stenosis (narrowing) of the neovaginal canal, this is an issue that tends to worsen over time. Stenosis can happen to all kinds of structures in the body, when a ring of scar tissue constricts it can obstruct things completely and is difficult to control. Trying to revise a ring of scar tissue can solve the problem or make it even worse. Battling with significant scar tissue is a coin toss.![]()
Gotta read "R.I.P." as him just emphasizing the ripping going on here.
It is also concerning in that if the neovagina is sealed shut or obstructed from the front there is the potential for the back part of it to form an abscess or encapsulate materials like skin or secretions that are trapped inside. When you're talking about healing with significant depth (lets say an inch or more) it is always better for things to heal from the inside out instead of from the outside in.
