He was already contacted by the police in 2007 in Florida for raping a 14-year-old but no charges were filed after the victim/victim's mother refused to cooperate, and the case was closed.

According to some posts I've read, some people seem to be pretty confident that Torres has very recently just moved in with his sister in Colorado... hopefully after being kicked out of his mom's house.

I found this, I'm not in whatever loop enough to have the relevant Twitter convos being referenced there, that are probably better sources.

Anybody got any info on this sister... name, city, etc?

People were saying Dahvie's sister that he moved in with in Colorado, is a younger half-sister.
Dahvie's mother's last name is Castellano.
Voting records for his confirmed address in Casselberry show a Sasha M Castellano, age 31, who used to live there.
She now lives in Denver Colorado.
So that's his sister.
Her address, is his new address.
I'm not going to post it but, it should be very easy for anyone interested to find based on that.

I see Dahvie's taking a cue from the Onision playbook, except somehow I feel like Dahvie's ventures into porn will fail even worse than Greg's are at the moment. Say what you will about Greg's Onlyfans but an argument can be made that he's seen some modicum of success because:
  • he still has a ton of older fans that were/still are sexually attracted to him
  • his detractors voluntarily buy into it specifically to leak his nudes and skew polls toward more humiliating options
  • he somehow appeals to gay men who are into twinks.
I honestly can't even imagine what type of person would want to buy into a heavily tattooed, balding, literally obese chomo's failed porno ventures. He's trying so hard to evoke an erotic J-Rock aesthetic in that story promo, but it fails so bad when you remember what he actually looks like. Out of all the things that are disgusting and revolting about this guy, the thing that sickens me the most is that soul patch under his lip. At first, I thought it was a triangular shaped thing he drew on with makeup, or possibly a tattoo, but it's hair. I think the "lip beard" has replaced the "pedo stache" for guys with creepy/rapey facial hair in modern times.

That person turned out to be doing it for good reasons, thankfully (I spoke to them at length) but yeah you're remembering correctly; that did happen. I don't know why people don't explain WHY they want to see it - it always sounds creepy that they're so eager to view that awful video. It's apparently been found and handed over to the authorities now, anyway, thankfully.

Missilefish actually did an interview where they talked about the whole situation with Dahvie. Four years later and these guys are still fucking awesome. Apparently, they were planning on doing a roast of Dahvie throughout the show, but Dahvie wasn't even in the venue until after they got kicked out of the bar. Either way, their point was made.


Also, they just started a YouTube channel last year with all of their music. The actual song they were gonna play fuckin slaps.
