If people are invested enough to do this to his businesses website, I guarantee you they're sending it to his other kids' facebooks etc. I'm not even talking about Ralph doing this. It clearly wasn't Ralph or Mr Vicker's that defaced the site, although I don't know enough burger law to say whether the gunt could cop heat for it
It's more likely to be dax than zoom, just based on what little either of them knew about wordpress
I just hope it doesn't deter Mr Vicker's from dropping future knowledge bombs

my theory is, playing into why the business site was attacked and not abort the retort directly, i think ralph must have had some kind of access from Faith or enough clues to more easily guess passwords or a gunt guard got access for him, maybe ahead of time for ralph to spy on but no do anything that would be this risky until he got more drunk, If it werent ralph hed go after abort the retort, any alog would want it to look like ralph is trying to cover it up in a more clear way and not just fuck with vickers whereas ralph would know taking down the site would obviously be him or he couldnt really defend himself if it wasnt and vickers would just reupload it elsewhere with renewed anger and no real damage to mr vickers. this reeks of "itd sure be a shame if your involvement with ralphs side of the internet seeped into your personal life

Attacking AbortTheRetort doesn't affect Vickers IRL. Attacking his business's website does. That's the only difference of importance. Whether fucking with Vickers is the ends, or simply the means to fucking with Ralph is the real question.

You're forgetting that someone already started digging on "have I been pwned" for emails and credentials, this is a wordpress site, it would have been really simple for Ralph to login with those details if they existed.

Chances are it was through the wife's account. The only reason I was skeptical that it was him was not the technical proficiency but rather the wording.

I have been brought around on that, it's definitely feasible that Ralph or someone close to Ralph could have pulled this off. As for Dax, I really don't see him doing this, at least not him personally, nor do I see him making the call.

Ralph does this kind of shit all the time, he did it in a really obvious way with Akira too. He thinks he can just bully anyone off line that he doesnt like with veiled threats and blackmail. Not only that if he could blame a troll it makes vickers distrust using kf and other sites as a resource or cooperating.

I think the Faith/Password angle is somewhat believable - Mr. Vickers did mention she worked at their coin shop briefly after leaving school. However, I imagine if that was the case it wouldn't take long for Mr. Vickers to put two and two together.

I'm still leaning towards a third party, but the pettiness of @theralph knows no bounds.

Tried it again myself and its working now. Could have been a hiccup on the site's end or maybe we're bogging them down too many of us trying to check out that shitshow. Even if it was an easily hacked wordpress site, I'm almost impressed. If Ethan didn't slob on Zoom's knob to get this done I'd actually be impressed.

IMO the FBI needs to seize all his electronics and subpoena all his account information to see if he engaged in a felonious conspiracy to cyber trespass on Vicker's site with hackers, including nation state backed hackers from Iran in violation of US sanctions.
