Uhh, that says Stage 3 Grade 2 endometrial cancer. Maybe I haven't been following close enough but I thought she kept saying it was Stage 2 and/or just not directly stating the staging.

Stage 3 is more serious than she's been acting like and she will need follow-up cancer care for several years I think, to at least monitor whether more cancer appears.
Has she mentioned getting any type of radiation therapy to follow-up the hysterectomy? If she had Stage 3 then she very likely has microscopic cancer cells that spread beyond the areas that were surgically removed. I'm pretty sure the cancer being in the uterine muscle means some amount of it very likely spread beyond and she's just going to have a recurrence.

I was also reading the other day about how hysterectomies can cause major manic depressive swings afterwards and the likelihood of developing Bipolar is doubled for women who have had a hysterectomy. It will be funny if she realizes her 'mood disorder' was just her acting lika a smug selfish cunt because she wanted to and actually having uncontrolled manic mood swings isn't the unique dainty princess personality trait she idealized it in her head as.

Looks like Stage 1B Grade 2 to me. As for follow up care, unless she loses the weight to get the proper scans done what would be point beyond having her see a gynecologist for regular exams?
