Because Kyle is apparently an Illinois resident. Him returning to the IL side, I guess, constitutes fleeing from justice.

The alleged boog boy from last night said:

Granted, the end of that "ground shooting" video doesn't actually show the cops picking him up, they told him to get out of the way as the approached the scene of the shooting. But I find it hard to believe he couldn't find anyone to pick him up.

If this is legitimate, why would some 17 year old punk from Antioch Illinois go all the way to another STATE to get involved in these riots?

My sympathy for Rifle Boy is gone. He was clearly also an outsider looking for trouble, not a citizen protecting his neighborhood/property or protesting against injustice or whatever. Stay the fuck home where you belong.

Him and other were called people to protect "protesters" from being harassed. The shooter supports (supported i hope) BLM and the movement as evident by other video interviews. He supported peaceful protests and did not want property and what not burned down to the ground. He was seen in other videos wandering around property keeping the looters/rioters away.

The path to hell is paved with good intentions. In this case the road to "Pound me in the Ass Prison" is paved with dead antifa bodies.

Just to piss off that DA and others who want that kid jailed, I'm too optmist about it is to see Trump giving him a Presidential pardon!
Nah, don't see Trump giving him a pardon at all. At most it will happen after he has his second term, if at all.
Apparently Kenosha Kyle is 17 years old - underage. Amazing trigger control and a damn good point in his favour. Imagine being underage and getting mobbed by adults with molotovs, skateboards and a pistol. That would put anyone in fear of their life, let alone a teenager.

Speaking of shooting rioters who was the skater who got shot in new Mexico? What he been up to?

He crossed state lines with a firearm and committed a crime*. This could turn into a federal case quickly.

*killing someone is still a crime, regardless of justification and result.

If I understand it, the way that would turn out is there would be a federal charge AND a state charge, right?

Then it's not his neighborhood, much less his town. He shouldn't have been there. Don't engage in things that don't concern you personally is my philosophy.
So you'd rather he wait for them to come to him?
Sorry, I kill weeds before they have a chance to crawl and wind into my home, thank you so much.

> Tries to turn himself in
> They say no and push past him
> He's now left alone in the middle of the street with very angry Antifa goons all around him

What do? I'd find my car and drive back home, myself.

One, apparently I was wrong and it was him. Two, GOOD FUCKING LUCK getting first degree murder to stick here.
I'd love them to go for the "with the whole chaos of the protest" argument that other governors were using. Oh, they're total fucking hypocrites? Color me surprised.

RIP Kenosha Kyle, the system is gonna try and make an example out of him.

They'll either dismiss it, or he'll get off.

He may have been defending the cars at this auto shop, which other video shows the protesters were smashing with baseball bats.

The first video shows him running from a protester throwing a flaming object at him, likely a molotov cocktail. He only turns and fires the first time when the protester catches up. Even though he was the one with the gun, this shows he had no intention to use violent force until it was absolutely needed.

The second video shows him running until he is knocked over and attacked by multiple protesters. One assaults him with a skateboard...

The other pretends to hold their hands up in surrender, then pulls a pistol. He is shot in the arm, but continues to hold the pistol.

Even more telling, he does not shoot another protester that attempted to attack him, but put their hands up and stopped in their tracks. This shows he was lucid enough to only shoot at those who were going to do him harm.

Skateboard man is down, pistol guy is staggering away with a bloody arm. Hands up guy does not get shot.

This kid is amazing. Very few people would be that cool under pressure, and only shoot the people who posed direct threats to him. He's practically a goddamn hero.
All shootings were in response to violent action taken against him, and he in no way provoked or tried to attack first.

Wisconsin law allows deadly force in self-defense in the limited circumstances where the person defending themselves “reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm” to their person. Importantly, some states impose a duty to retreat from a conflict, but Wisconsin is not among them. However, Wisconsin does allow juries to consider whether a defendant could have retreated in determining whether the use of deadly force was “necessary.” As the shooter attempted to retreat, but was unable to do so, it seems highly likely he'll get off, and the police only arrested him as a formality, or to protect him from revenge by the protesters.

Showing the control both physical and mental, at that age, under those conditions i would be looking to employ him as cop/military/ security/bodyguard/glowie and set light to the charges. Real shame so many lives getting fucked up over a retarded black rapist. But hey.... darwin and all that.

You can google where they are on a map relative to one another. It isn't very hard. That's maybe a 20 or 30 minute drive, tops. It ain't uncommon to know people and businesses in smaller towns like that. You can also look up their populations pretty easily.

Rural / small-town america isn't the same as urban america.

Even in a duty to retreat state, he'd have a good case. There's video showing him retreating and only firing after he was on the ground, couldn't retreat and was being attacked.

They can easily find 12 people in Kenosha to sit on that jury and let this dude walk, especially since the rioters who got shot were the sole reason why the town is all fucked up right now. Of the 8 judges in the county, 7 of them have white-sounding names, so we might avoid some "restorative justice" shit from an activist judge.
