He has shown he can work out, he did so in prison or so he claims. I always find that kind of motivation comes easier when you agreed a time and place - and for someone to scream at you to get you to try your hardest.

He won't though, hangovers are a bitch, and be drinks 5 days a week minimum.

Think of Sasha Cohen's Ali G character and why people found it so funny.

Cohen would have someone respectable booked and bamboozle them with one of his idiot characters who would take positions and ask questions that the guest didn't expect. Part of the appeal was in the comedy of what the characters would ask and how, but that's because Cohen was trying to be funny, and the rest of the appeal was the guest's reactions.

It's the exact same thing with JLP, the extent to which he is acting or playing a character is debatable but he certainly elicits some great reactions and that's entertaining.

- I'm not vouching for any of this, these are just things I've turned up in a quick search (it doesn't look like it made the news at the time), but having an apparent ex-BNP official involved in the story make references to it in the middle of discussing other things suggests that it isn't just sourced from a single antifa blog post.

- And, IF he did take underage girls back to his hotel room as was alleged, even if he thought they were legal (16 in the UK), then he would hardly be in a position to disavow Ralph for being in a legal relationship with an 18 year old.

I'm just not willing to buy that wholesale when it comes out years later after the person saying it just had a nasty breakup with the subject. I totally buy that Collett had a scam going within the BNP. As previously pointed out, continued association with Ralph at this point is a clear indicator that you are just a grifter.

Not exactly. They can send you a letter based on some mistakes saying that you underpaid taxes. You have two options on those, pay the bill or file an amended return to correct the mistake. Past that, you may never hear from them again.

An example of this would be selling stocks at a loss, but not recording the sale in your returns because of no gain. When your broker submits to the IRS, they won’t calculate your cost basis—they’ll just assume you got the stocks for free and mark the sale as 100% profit. In a case like this, filing an amended return could result in the IRS actually owing you money.

But this is Ralph we’re talking about, so he probably fucked up worse than that.

I guess I assumed he got bullied out of his food in jail. The old 'You didn't want that sandwich, did you?" And because they are feeding you, there is portion and calorie control. That alone would cause someone who required a lot of calories to lose weight. Plus aside from watching tv, I imagine there isn't that much to do but work out.

agreed. Maybe he did some situps or whatever sometimes, but I'm willing to bet it was more about food. Even for normal people it's almost always about food. There's a lot of truth to the old adage that you can't outrun a bad diet.

That said, a good trainer also helps you with your diet.
