There is a communist insurrection but I do think there's a specific reason why the MSM is going back to lionizing the commies and black supremacists while crucifying Kyle and invoking the usual white supremacist boogeyman. Before the Kenosha thing popped off, they were slowly backing away from Antifa (BLM is still in play for now) and going back to coronavirus coverage and the election.

Call me crazy, but maybe Operation Legend and the Antifa crackdowns by the DOJ have found something really incriminating against some of the neoliberal bigwigs and they need to go back to trying to placate Antifa and BLM like they did in June and the first half of July. Why do you think they're charging him as an adult? The media and the Woke Left are crucifying him but if it actually goes to trial, I think the murder charges will be dropped at the very least. At most, I think they might get him on involuntary manslaughter but that'd be a stretch.

If he is going to do time, it will be for some weapons-related process crime but given his status as a minor and the overwhelming amount of hard evidence a defense attorney can use, I think the murder charges will be dismissed when it gets to court.
