This is the kind of soy tier thinking that allows these anarchist to run over the country.
Let me guess- you also consider George Custer to be America's foremost military hero, and the use of cover and concealment, and operations at night to be 'soy tier'?

Going about something in the stupidest way possible to 'own the libs' is not how you win anything.

Lots of other guys were there and have been in other cities. But they didn't go alone and let themselves get cut off and put in that position.

I'm going to assume that you have been reading dishonest conservative media and are just unaware of history, rather than outright lying.

Eisenhowever sent in the troops against the wishes of the people of Arkansas in 1957.

The governor did not invite him to send them in.

Kennedy did the same against the people of Mississippi and Alabama, again without gubernatorial consent, as did Johnson against peaceful counterprotestors in 1965.

In Portland, and Kenosha, peaceful American citizens have been denied the exercise of freedom of speech, and have been victimized by local and state police forces arresting them for defending themselves. Trump would be entirely justified in sending in the 82nd to suppress these insurectionary terrorist organizations, if he cared about American citizens (which he doesn't).

Nope. It is flat out illegal to invoke the insurrection act without the consent of the state in question see for yourself

Application
The Insurrection Act has been invoked throughout American history. In the 19th century, it was invoked during conflicts with Native Americans. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it was invoked during labor conflicts. Later in the 20th century, it was used to enforce federally mandated desegregation,[10] with Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy invoking the Act in opposition to the affected states' political leaders to enforce court-ordered desegregation.[11] More recently, governors have requested and received support most recently following looting in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo in 1989 and during the 1992 Los Angeles riots.[12]

In 2006, the George W. Bush administration considered intervening in the state of Louisiana's response to Hurricane Katrina despite the refusal from Louisiana's governor, but this was inconsistent with past precedent, politically difficult, and potentially unconstitutional.[3]:73–75 A provision of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007, added by an unidentified sponsor, amended the Insurrection act to permit military intervention without state consent, in case of an emergency that hindered the enforcement of laws.[1] Bush signed this amendment into law, but some months after it was enacted, all fifty state governors issued a joint statement against it, and the changes were repealed in January 2008.[1]

On June 1, 2020, President Donald Trump warned that he would invoke the Act in response to the demonstrations following the death of George Floyd.[13][14][15] In his official June 1 statement, President Trump urged "every governor to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers" to re-establish civil law and order "until the violence has been quelled".[16]

The only reason it has ever been invoked without the consent of the state successfully is because those states didn't make an issue of it, when they could easily have done so. That would not happen if trump does it. If he does he would be impeached and removed from office pretty much immediately. There is no legal justification for trump on this one, he can't do squat without the explicit request of the state governor

Lol the Wikipedia article you linked to disproves everything you wrote. Did the years 1871 and 1872 occur in between 2006 and 2008?

All three of the guys Kyle Rittenhouse shot had criminal records.

This is the first guy. Joseph D. "Jojo" Rosenbaum. Registered sex offender and a pedophile.

This is the second guy who got killed. Anthony M. Huber. He was on probation. False imprisonment, domestic abuse, strangulation and suffocation, and use of a dangerous weapon. Charming fellow.

The guy who got a chunk taken out of his arm is Gaige P. Grosskreutz. He has a history of breaking and entering, among other things.

Felons and manlets and pedophiles, oh my.

These criminal scumbags already have people memorializing them. Let the record be very clear.
  • Joseph Rosenbaum was shot in the head by Kyle Rittenhouse because he was chasing Kyle through a car dealership and assaulting him with thrown objects, taunting and threatening him with bodily harm.
  • Anthony Huber was shot and killed because he struck Kyle with a skateboard.
  • Gaige Grosskreutz was shot and had a chunk taken out of his arm by a 5.56mm round because, while wearing a hat with PARAMEDIC embroidered on the front, he committed an act of false surrender and attempted to draw a pistol and execute Kyle on the ground, but Kyle's reflexes, honed by years of Fortnite or CS:GO or whatever the fuck Zoomers play nowadays, were faster.

Here's a video breakdown of the shooting:

I don't see a rogue gunman. I see a kid trying to keep his country from being burned down by criminals who are aided and abetted by these cities and their fifth columnist, thug-hugging mayors. Moreover, I see a clear-cut case of self-defense. All three of the people who were shot were pursuing and attacking Kyle Rittenhouse with intent to do him bodily harm. They deserve Darwin Awards for that alone. Who in their right mind chases after a man with a rifle? Do they think these things are toys?

I gathered some pics of the incident:

No it doesn't, it literally proves everything I said. Do I need to repeat myself? The only reason that it was ever done without the states consent is because the states didn't make a legal issue of it. They had every legal right to stop it, they chose not to

If your argument was true, you're saying that the reason Governor Faubus didn't legally block Eisenhower's use of the 101st Airborne to break up neighborhood schools in the Arkansas state capitol is that he secretly supported desegregation.

Now, a rational person would look at the facts:
  1. He deployed the National Guard in support of segregation
  2. He blocked desegregation himself, physically
But.. apparently he secretly supported desegregation so while actually opposing desegregation with his actions he just let Eisenhower use the Insurrection Act when he could have blocked it.

Are you only incapable of rationally thinking when it comes to Trump, or are you just insane in general? I'm getting a feeling that you may just be pretending to be retarded to troll, but you seem very consistent about it.

Does anyone have the video of the old man from Kenosha trying to put out the fire on his business, only to get beaten?

The faking Antifag Grosskreutz wished he had emptied his mag into Saint Kyle, according to the commie's friend:

Someone send this to Kyle's defense attorney, when we know who he/she is.

This sums up the Antifa/BLM side.

"I'm going to kill you, fucker"
"NO! YOU CAN'T FIGHT BACK AND KILL ME FIRST!"

It also doesn't prove shit of what his fat, stupid friend thinks it does.

Good luck getting any use back in that arm though. Here's hoping it rots off.
