Man, reading about St Kyle has been a wild one.

Fuck the guy who fake-surrendered, seriously. Asshole's lucky to be alive after pulling a stunt like that.

While his buddy mouthing off isn't admissible in court, lets be honest here -- the guy was absolutely intending to kill Kyle.
Wrong that is only 10 USC § 251. (The Insurrection Act is 10 USC §§251-255)

Federal aid for State governments
"Whenever there is an insurrection in any State against its government, the President may, upon the request of its legislature or of its governor if the legislature cannot be convened, call into Federal service such of the militia of the other States, in the number requested by that State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to suppress the insurrection."

The President has the authority to do it with out the state's request under 252 and 253
10 USC § 252
"Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."

10 USC § 253
"The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—

(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or

(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws."

In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.

Unlawful obstructions and refuse to protect would be the DAs refusing to charge any of the rioters with any crimes or hold them as a danger to the community (they can do that, for up to 2 months or something absurd), btw. Pretty sure he can also send the feds in to investigate the DAs pandering to the rioters, which is a civil rights violation. Remember, they finally got rid of the Klan in part when the civil rights guys went after the cops for not going after the KKK.

But it's an election year and the media is complicit. Hopefully there are a lot of very pissed off FBI agents taking notes and come November we'll see a massive swarm of vans.

I suspect then one of these SOBs who invested in Antifa/BLM might be some Soros.
The sad thing is that these people do it for free. It's in their best interests, being murdering assholes after all, to not want the police or citizenry to protect the innocent. They may be out because of Soros and the DNC, but they need no incentive to murder the men, rape the women, and sodomize the children.

This is why people like Saint Kyle are important. Monsters like those three should fear the lone man in the dark, to only revel in the lights of hell, not the lights of our lamps and businesses, and to be struck down with the swift sword of 5.56 Justice. A warning shot across their bow into the dark depths where they reside, a red line drawn in blood and brass. To Fear the victims who are now the mighty; by right of law, not mob.

Won't happen, the FBI is probably complicit as well. Trump probably isn't wrong when he says he's literally the only thing standing between you and the communists.

Thought this was funny

Kyle Rittenhouse is a fucking idiot, sorry but there was no reason for him to be there. He was not hired security and one of those bullets could have easily hit a bystander. The ultimate idiots are the fucking morons who then tried to assault an armed gunman. I don't care if someone is walking around with .22 Long Rifle ammo, if he's armed I'm going to avoid conflicts with him.

I can't even argue that "All Lives Matter" anymore since all the people involved clearly do not think their lives matter when they're straight up risking death thru these asinine riots. Just all around stupidity.
There are no bystanders, you're either marching with Black Lies Matter or you're a white supremacist.

Styx is on the roll today, vlogging about Kyle Rittenhouse and Jacob Blake.

Comment on the "Behold..." Vid : Some context about Kyle and the Il. thing.

This is very interesting. Remind me, which Soros funded she-boon is DA of Illinois? Oh that's right... Kim Foxx.

I've been lurking for Jacob Blake's 911 call like a fucking autist and come up dry...where the fuck is it

If they condemn Mr. Rittenhouse that's an actual martyr to me, not one of the mob who died like vermin. The guy who got his arm popped wasn't even trying to deescalate but pretending to surrender to kill a fleeing boy, would you be proud to tell that story? Isn't that what they're always bitching cops do, shooting instead of deescalating at any cost, even their own lives?

Pretty much every incident where it was a civilian doing the damage they've turned themselves in, or were at least held immediately accountable (the "white supremacist" hispanic in Seattle who shot a rioter reaching into his car, the "white supremacist" who ran over the roadblockers, the furry veteran who ventilated the larper threatening him with his rifle, on and on)

Mr. Dorn, the executed teen in CHAZ, the countless people hurt, murdered, robbed or gone missing will never get justice, all the evidence was immediately destroyed and the criminals fled. None of the mob will ever snitch except in the case of overwhelming evidence like the head-kicking nob or the child-killer.

They don't protest about gang violence in their own community and they SHOULD. No, they only protest when their simian brains a) think whitey did it or b) when they think there's a pay day a-comin'.
I assume protesting against gang violence would mean to them that they have effectively become traitors to their race or something.
In some autistic fashion, gang violence is part of the black community and standing up against it means you stand up against black communities, so therefore you only protest against "outside" threats: ie, honkies.

Edit:
Also how fucking absurd is this whole thing in Kenosha. Some dude shoots three random people in self defense and all three are felons. What the fuck does that say about BLM and Antifa? Nothing good, that's what.

#FireTuckerCarlson is trending on Twitter. Why? Because he suggested it was not surprising that a teenager arrested in connection to a shooting allegedly took up arms and tried to "maintain order" during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin and CNN swooned and reached for the smelling salts. Oh and what's this, prominent Democrats braying and calling for Tucker to be canceled silenced? Right on time.

Hypocrites. Not a word when David Dorn was murdered or a woman shot in the back for saying "All lives matter".

Reading this thread, it's hard to justify the Negro man's actions, but it's even harder to justify all of their allies that believe they're starting a revolution by breaking the law. There is no revolutionary spirit, despite what they want to make you believe. We live in nihilistic times and most morons that call for a revolution on Twitter don't really give a fuck, it's a fad to them. Of course BLM goes next to pronouns and your paypal/onlyfans account in your twitter bio.

I worry for the Kenosha Kid. The story is already starting to get spinned.

CNN

"Kenosha Police Chief Daniel Miskinis confirmed that a 17-year-old Antioch resident has been charged in a shooting incident and said that the man "was involved in the use of firearms to resolve whatever conflict was in place."
He called the killings "senseless violence" and said he couldn't say what led to the shooting."

I like how once somebody fights back against tech-sponsored violence, the mask of tolerance slips off.
Redditors could spend weeks lecturing one another about how cuckoldry is fine, cross-dressing in the bedroom is sexy, and how gay men, especially fem bottoms, are just as much a man as anybody else and how sexual proclivities shouldn't be used to judge anybody... and YET, the minute their blood is up and they feel like their side is losing they launch into the prison rape fantasies. It's like deep down they themselves find it denigrating, deeply humiliating, but its only when everybody's doing the 2 minutes of hate on the 17 year old it feels acceptable to confirm as much.

Also, anybody else find it weird how these hyper-attentive types still take it as a given that prison rape is an acceptable aspect of doing any amount of jail time?

Another cue from Yuri. Straight up demoralization for people to find pleasure in self-denigration.

So I haven't yet seen anyone bring this up yet, but isnt there a chance the state can get him on firearms possession charges as a minor, or are those laws mostly centered around barring minors from purchasing firearms?
