Here they reposted my post where I called Swift's mom a fat pig and hoped she dies of cancer, which was also clearly a joke. Here they reposted me jokingly repeatedly harassing a local woman.

Even if we did hate Russ because of his looks and disability, there's nothing illegal about that. That's clearly not the case of course, Russ is just too stupid and narcissistic to get it through his thick trauma lumps, but if it were the case it would be perfectly legal. It would be perfectly legal for us to have this whole thread full of nothing but us saying "LOL ugly freak! He's a monster because he has a disability!", but that's not what we do. Asside from a couple of members who are no longer here, none of us have ever attempted to contact Russhole or interfere with his life in any way. It's been nothing but collecting and documenting publicly accessible information that Russ himself has provided freely of his own volition, and then discussing said publicly accessible info and his actions.
And how exactly does Russ plan on serving Dear Leader Null? Null doesn't live in the US anymore, the servers aren't hosted in the US, and the courts would have no jurisdiction. And just to keep things interesting; let's say Russ does somehow get this case to court and wins. How does Russ expect a settlement to be achieved when the defendant isn't even in the same country? What, is the CIA going to track down Null and the Government will send in SFOD-D or DevGru to kick in Null's door and force him to delete Russ' thread?

Considering Rusty's hilarious inability to handle Fed.R.Civ.P. 4 service of process, he will never be able to work out how to get jurisdiction under the Hague Convention. Russ is essentially arguing it should be illegal to criticize him. What he wants is no different than if an elected official wanted to force a news site to take down all its articles critical of them. They can't do that, such speech is protected by the First Amendment, as is our speech. Russ has made himself a public figure by his attacks on Swift, and anyway, he wants to be well known right? Well, now he is in certain circles.

Exactly. Just because he isn't well known in the way he wants doesn’t mean there's anything illegal or that he can sue for because of the way he IS well known. There's no law protecting him from criticism or negative comments/hatred, and there certainly is no low that says he should be given his way and the things he wants. Just because he has the right to say what he wants and pursue the things that will make him happy doesn't mean he's guarded from people speaking against what he says or calling him out when he does shitty, disgusting things in his "pursuit of happiness".

His whole point resides in the fact that we're documenting his bad behavior. In other words taking the stuff he does and showing what a garbage human being he is. At no point is anybody contacting him, calling his employers or doing anything to him. In other words, he has no case. Everything he's done was posted by himself.

He's twice before threatened the farms with legal action, the threads are in the 'get this off the goddamn internet' forum. Both times fizzled away to nothing in record time once Null responded with 'lol fuck off retard'.
I sincerely doubt 3rd time's the charm when he's already got much more serious legal problems of his own to deal with, and his paranoia would go into orbit if he thought the farms or n00l himself might interfere, after all we're a hive of l33t hax0rs and doxxorz.

I hope he does sue. I think Null maintains a US address for business matters, and he's directed service to that address before, so even God's Favorite Idiot should be able to serve him. Once he does, everything we've talked about will be a matter of public record and much easier to find. And he can't have that removed, there's no reason for a judge to order it. So, Russ, go right ahead and sue, if you think there's bad shit on the internet about you now, just wait until there's an official record of your actions.

What about Encyclopedia Dramatica? IDK if it's finally dead, but many, many people were introduced to him there.
What about Youtube? Hooktube? DailyMotion? Plenty of commentary there.
And weens could have originated from these sites rather than KiwiFarms.
