Nick already covered this on the last stream. Sub section 3C basically exempts rifles and shotguns from the law. Possessing a rifle under 18 would only be illegal if it was a SBR per 941.28. The other condition is if both 29.304 and 29.593 are violated. The two of those are related to hunting and being under 16. A 17 year old absolutely is allowed to possess a long gun in Wisconsin and most states for that matter. This law really is just a convoluted legalese way of saying people under 18 can't have pistols without an adult present which is a Federal law itself.

This charge is incorrect on its face. The real legal question is whether there are any statutes for open carry and how those apply to long guns. Most states don't allow open carry for under 18s but "carry" is more ambiguous to define when it comes to rifles.

Two things.

1. Kyle the Kommy Killer shows the difference between Left wing heroes and Right wing heroes. Look at this kid. Just look at him. Fairly normal. Interested in law enforcement. Never put a gun against a pregnant woman's stomach. Never diddled a kid. Yeah he's a goober but from all we've seen he acted in self defense. As a result he has been forever meme'd. He is an icon but an icon you can defend.

Now compare that to these niggers and soy golems the left rally around. We have a multi time felon who OD'd. We have a kid diddler. We have a domestic abuser. We have a kid dialer (not Jacob but the joo who got domed).

Despite the jewdicial system. Despite tech censorship. Despite twitterati. Kyle prevails. Yes George Floyd got a gold casket but on the internet and by that I mean the real internet not joobook, he is at best a deep fake meme. Kyle is a meme God.

Ultimately the right chooses their heroes much more selectively than the left and that is a strength to remember.

As much as I'm fascinated by train wrecks I might need a break from this thread before my brain short-circuits.

How the fuck are these people "on the right side of history". How the fuck is arson, looting, trying to kill a kid, and throwing 8th grade insults at some random boomer (seriously that last part is just...okay dude?) the right side of anything?
