I can see this. Unless Kyle foolishly takes some kind of lopsided plea bargain, he's got a good case for acquittal or dropping the most serious charges. The only one I can see sticking is the weapon charge.

On another note, I think the tide is turning more than I thought. Even the ADL thinks this is out of hand, which means it's possible the MSM might change their tune about Kenosha Kyle being some kind of white supremacist terrorist. The bigwigs are not liking this at all, and it's bad optics for every side involved all around.

The Woke Left cultists are in a frezy, BLM is going apeshit in several key battleground states, the Right has a martyr but also increased scrutiny, and the bigwigs are getting scared because they now have two major threats to worry about.

Call me an optimist, but given that the ADL of all people has said Kyle is not a white supremacist or far-right extremist, I think something is up.

It might have to do with what I said yesterday: ANTIFA/BLM has become more idiot than useful and they just did something VERY stupid. Even with the spin, most people still got that a child (for all intents and purposes under the law) was chased down by a mob and defended himself from three rioters with shocking criminal records, one of them being an organizer that got caught on camera trying to execute the boy with a gun he shouldn't have had. There have been so many people who said "good" when they heard the news, and that scares the shit out of them. Couple that with more and more people throwing stuff at the rioters whenever they show up and overall opinion of BLM going drastically down, and I think the people pulling the strings are having reservations about providing anymore backing to the soy brigade and their soft coup.

Then you have the precedent that acquittal, dismissal, or a not guilty verdict brings. People would be less hesitant to put a few rioters in the ground when they show up and start beating people.

What happened last night is going to have big implications for the future of this country.

Rand is one of the more libertarian Republicans so he's naturally going to oppose heavy-handed policing, but the mob demands complete submission. The libertarians in Kenosha were finding that out even before Kyle.

My best guess is that the NBA, in allowing players to bring more SocJus to the game, wouldn't forfeit a game if a team walked out to protest current events in the name of social justice. To them, it would be bad optics and probably result in a grievance from the Players Union. However, I agree that teams failing to appear should have to take a forfeit if they feel protesting is more important than the commitment to complete a league schedule. They should have to accept the ramifications, both good and bad, resulting from their decisions.

Some people were saying (and I hope) that most of the charges were blatant overcharging designed to let him off easy while keeping him reasonably safe from a mob of antifags that want to lynch him even harder now. I can see it going like Bernie Goetz where he beats all the charges except the one for carrying a weapon.

Regardless, the kid is more than likely fucked, and white conservatives are absolute fucking pussies and there will never be this great uprising people larp about. They will roll over, gun rights will be restricted further, more immigrants, more illegals, amnesty, the end to the American Republic as we know it.

Did you watch the RNC today? Have you read the internal polling and increasing panic on the MSM? Have you seen how people are getting publicly tired of this shit going on?

Right now Kyle is being turned into a martyr that was JUST what we needed; somebody to turn the tides, to show how all this supposed power the riots have over us is nothing more than a paper tiger. His sacrifice for his freedom has set off a chain reaction that has perfectly coincided with the recent RNC. That's not even going into how weak the media response to Trump's speech was tonight. there's barely ANY energy in them. They know they've lost.

These fuckers are getting what they deserve. It's just been an awful long time to get there is all.

People forget all the other stuff that was going on in Kenosha aside from Kyle. If Rosenbaum had stayed home, if Kyle finished the night peacefully and just went home to play Xbox, here is what we would be hearing about that night:

  1. Multiple armed militias were in the area
  2. Armed neighborhoods organized and blocked off their own streets
  3. Residents fired at looters from inside their homes
  4. The car lot guys (where Kyle was) may have fired from their roof
  5. The police were called in to deal with gunfights on the side streets
  6. Shots were exchanged in the main road--you can hear it right after Kyle disarms Lefty, there's gunfire down the road and he's looking to see what's going on

Kyle wasn't an anomaly in Kenosha, he just had the splashiest results, so he got all of the attention. But the rest of that place was also armed and fighting back. If the deaths hadn't caused the NG to lock down the next night, 100% guarantee something else would've escalated into BLM rioters getting shot by residents.

I think tonight's surge in activity is partly due to the RNC, but also partly due to leftist frustration that they got merced by a squeaky clean teenager. They want to regain the feeling of power (which is their only real goal), so they're all energized to go out and assert their dominance.

I want to see what happens this weekend, when things usually pick up. Will the angst for power optics turn into more armed lefty marches? Will someone get a proper lynch mob formed up? And will they venture into the actually dangerous suburbs?
