what I just dont get is why the vest streak rallied his whales like this, he had a tips goal for like a year before this shit and regularly wouldn't hit it, they they are aggressively keeping this vest shit going, maybe the fact that kills keeping tabs on the streak is whats getting them hard....

If you're going to actively ignore stuff like this just because some sad, attention-deprived individual gets a boner from reading what a dumbass they're being, the content (of the thread/forums) and the accuracy will suffer in the end. This is not a competition on who deserves attention or not.

They've been sending him quotes and screen caps of things that he has said on twitter and elsewhere. Now, Phil said that he knows IcedCoffee has been a very positive contributor, and Phil does not care what his viewers do elsewhere on the internet, so it's not going to get to him. But Phil just wanted to let IcedCoffee know, these parties are watching him and following him around, so be mindful. Just a reminder that we got this rant on August 5th, a mere 23 days ago, after Phil banned people from his chat who had spoke disparagingly about him in Tevin's chat. Phil clearly says that he will act on things that are sent to him by fans, contradicting this and really hammering home that if you pay enough, Phil will give you different treatment.

I also like how Phil framed this like it was insane stalker detractors who are following IcedCoffee, because that is the only thing that fits with the narrative. It's actually his own fans doing it because they hate IcedCoffee, which is why he refrained from calling the rats 'mentally ill' this time. But Phil will always pick the whale over the stock goosestepping paypigs.

Anyone giving Phil money is untrustworthy. They want the ride to persist for some reason, whether they actually like Phil or want attention themselves or some other reason. I do agree with @Comma though, documentation is important. Otherwise how are we going to know who to laugh at?

I mean, it's what we've been saying he's doing for months now, more or less ever since the vest streak and his "low turnout so time for conveniently-placed '''water break'''" began. Either Phil is transparent and not nearly as smart as he thinks he is (likely) or OIC is starved for attention and talking out of his ass (also likely). Functionally it doesn't matter. Unless someone leaks proof of these emails we'll never get solid confirmation, and even if we did I can't help but think that people would keep donating anyway. Nothing has convinced them to stop so far

I'm not sure I really understand the point Phil is trying to make with that.

If he wanted this to be a veiled threat, why say he doesn't care about this all ? We know that's a lie, but especially a lie should have a purpose, though compulsive liars are a thing and Phil likely is one, but in this case he'd very much be destroying his narrative.

If he wanted this to be about OnlyIcedCoffee's own safety (Probably not genuinely, but as some pat on the head to make sure his whale feels loved and doesn't run away), why make it sound ominous with words such as "forewarning" and accentuate the part about them simply sending screenshots of what he said publicly instead of something actually threatening in any way ? Phil exaggerates the "harassment" he gets so much you'd think he'd do it for IcedCoffee if it was his goal.

My bet would be that Phil is trying to play both sides, where he wants OnlyIcedCoffee to stop saying what he does, and especially not go any further in detractor territory, because at some point he will have to put his foot down, but he doesn't want that because IcedCoffee is his little whale, yet at the same time isn't ready to actually sound confrontational or even just negative about it because that would push IceCoffee away, so he makes a threat but neuters it at the same time.
