I think someone posted 10-20ish pages ago but it was drowned out by the Dickshow Drama. It is, as expected horrible and a very boring ripoff of many artists that digi listens too.

Nonetheless, it is a great opportunity to grab some screenshots of his teeth. Anyone with more knowledge in dentistry can elaborate on his deformities and hygiene? Could the dark parts just be discolourations or a mixture of plaque/tartar and cavities? Fasciting yet horrifying...

But that's what you get for only "brushing" your teeth by wiping them with a used t-shirt instead of I dunno using tooth paste and and a tooth brush like every other human being.

Thing is, I normally don't make fun of other's appearances, especially if it's due to some condition they don't have any control over, but there's this thing with Digi where he acts so supreme, 'beyond the plebs' and intellectual yet he can't even get the most basic things about life sorted out shielding himself with his bogus autism self diagnosis, instead of admitting that he is a lazy, stoned bum, that wasted his prime, acting like someone special on the internet.

I used to be mad at him for wasting his potential as a human being but in the end, I don't even feel sorry anymore about his life, as the choices were his and his alone and he has to bear the consequences.

I guess... Looking forward to the IRS-arc, the mental Institution-arc, the welfare-arc and many more.

The biggest downfall May has when it comes to her line delivery is absolutely her slow way of talking. I'm gonna go full analyst mode and ask a question here "what makes a video engaging?". Feel free to insert your own answer but imo it's one or more of the following:

• If you want to make an esoteric subject engaging you need to:
  • Be very eloquent. You assume the viewer is somewhat knowledgeable on the subject so you can use your full jargon to narrow down a precise point.
  • Be very enthusiastic. The lack of knowledge can be compensated by letting people feel your emotions regarding the subject.
• If it's not that esoteric:
  • You need to repeat your points and explain difficult or jargon words. This will make people more knowledgeable on the subject you are trying to teach.
  • Encourage them to watch/read/listen to it themselves.
• If it's normie shit:
  • Encourage the major public THIS IS THE THING THEY NEED TO EXPERIENCE NOW and explain why.
  • Be loud.
• Personality based bs (chose one):
  • Be welcoming to everyone.
  • Be welcoming to a large public but set a barrier for entry.
  • Be welcoming to your core audience but encourage people to understand you on their own terms and after that set a barrier for entry.
  • Be welcoming to your core audience and shun the rest.

Digi is clearly riding the very last point after dumping a lot of his audience. But also being a money grubbing man-(im a lady)-whore.
Sidenote: but it's not only May's slow way of talking, it's like she doesn't give a fuck. This gal has no spark. Plus to qoute Adam Jensen: "I didn't ask for this".

Having smoked a fuck ton of weed myself in the past I can say with full confidence that it doesn't. At least not at worse than tobacco. He just doesn't brush. It is clear from that Shirobako video and previous videos May doesn't give much of a shit about anime. She may watch it here or there, but she isn't at all enthusiastic or excited to talk about it with the only exception being Precure. I have no idea what Digi was thinking having her takeover primary duties for anime related content when most of his fans care about listening to someone who really loves or is passionate about the anime they are talking about (positive or negative) or someone who has a large history or understanding of the industry. Just looking at the videos on Shirobako I posted before between May's recent video and Digi's video back in 2016, both try to tap into the emotional core of the show and why the characters are relatable or able to cause the audience to resonate emotionally to them for one reason or another due to parallels and such to the actual anime industry as a whole or even regular aspects of our lives or ourselves as people. Digi's video captures this as you can tell it was a joy seeing these different connections and aspects of the industry come together not just within the show, but on a meta level. May tries to do this by focusing on specific character personalities and how that ties on a meta aspect, but it comes off like she is reading a script and doesn't really have any passion about Shirobako or whatever she is talking about. Even though Digi's Shirobako video like most of his content is scripted, he was always able to keep his passion felt in the videos even when reading from a script because it was coming from a place of genuine care. It is clear from May's previous videos or even from videos with Digi where he is trying to talk about anime with her or introduce anime to her, she is not passionate about anime as a whole and at best cares about a couple of shows. That is fine and all and should've stayed on her own channel Pantsu Party so she can gain an audience who is akin to her interests, but trying to bring this to the main channel and have May read scripts or act like she cares about any of this is ridiculous and way off the mark.

Yeah Digi wants to suck Don Jolly's cock. What else is new. For those that don't know, Don Jolly is a freeter, published journalist who has been riding the "fake news" wave as his "high wave" to popularity, imo from a good place. He runs encyclopidia.zone, which is a e-zine (zine, as in magazine), encourage artists and writers to post their work on his obscure platform. He seems to have decent grasp on 2020 society, however he's friends with Digi; so what the fuck do I know.

The only clear message I got from Shirobako was that you can't make it on your own. You need to make connections with other people and rely on them to reach the desired end results. Even if that end result might not be as stellar as you imagined. As in, an artist has a picture in their mind, but they will never reach the perfection that they envisioned. However, by surrounding yourself with other people with as much passion as yourself, you can still partially reach that perfection. Watch Girlish Number for a more accurate depiction of the VA (Voice Actor) side of the anime industry.

Very well put. May's interests are more in following the news, trends and e-drama (Digi once called her his SEO person half-jokingly I remember, since she was following the High Guardian Spice drama and gave Digi the idea for his Crunchyroll video.) Doing deep analysis isn't her bag, and I think it shows in her reading Digi's scripts. Probably doesn't help that she doesn't have nearly as much time put into speaking online, particularly reading scripts, as Digi does, which adds to the unnatural feeling.

Oh, and Digi is a bitch-made faggot for how he responded to that guy saying to complete his rants. Kiwi Farms STILL lives rent-free in his and his girlfriend's mind. What a fucking grifter. I'm shocked he still has as many patrons as he does now.
