People have physical and mental disabilities that prevent them from doing construction, factory, and other skilled trades. It is not people being work shy or pussies. They may do good in an office enviroment but most of those jobs from HR to programing to accounting have also been starting to be outsourced (I needed to get my W4s once from a previous employer, their HR line was a fucking call center in India).
