If she was confident enough with her body and had stuck to picking outfits that worked with her (slightly) broad shoulders she would have looked like a million dollars. I'm going to add on to this because I naturally have broad shoulders and huge tits:

Spoiler: Dressing for Broad Shoulders

Emphasize your waist to balance your figure. Peplum tops are great for this.



Avoid shirts with detailing on the shoulders. This will emphasize that area of your body. If you do wear something with detailing on the shoulders wear a skirt with volume to balance it out.

Diagonal cut sleeves, kimono tops, shirts with dolman sleeves, etc are flattering.



Skater skirts are your best friend. I own 10+ skirts for this very reason.



Avoid structured shoulders and pads, for obvious reasons.

Wear black tops. Black will always have it's slimming effect - use it to your advantage.

For the love of God, ladies with broad shoulders, quit wearing spaghetti straps. All you need to do is look at Anisa to see why this looks awful. Tops that have both shoulders out are not good either. Go with halter tops with thick straps or tops with only one shoulder out.



Wear bold bottoms that will bring your eyes downwards.

If Anisa was concerned about her breasts losing mass or sagging, she should have just gotten a breast lift. Now Anisa has the additional struggle of finding tops that fit well, period.

Edit: She could also undergo clavicle shortening, but it costs around $30,000 USD. I imagine Ian won't fork the money out for that bill, though.
