Chibi tends to be enlarged heads on shortened bodies with full adult features (such as boobs) still there but shrunken. Amanda seems to have drawn age regression stuff instead. If it was intention or if she botched attempting to draw Chibi, I have no idea.
For at least the third time i've mentioned in this thread, Youtube video tutorials exist for this sort of thing. Drawing and painting are skills that can take decades to master, but unless you put effort in you'll end up with... well, that.
