When I clicked "not interested" on YouTube promoting videos on "racial justice", I suspect it was logged for future use against my social credit score.

Everything is logged and stored away somewhere with Google or any other entity, even if you're not signing in. The best you can do is mitigate it and keep as low of a profile as you can, but even that's not going to be enough if they actually do take complete power and people don't resist it. There's enough information on any basic internet user to smear them forever, and if there wasn't there's nothing stopping them from faking it.

Those Google leaks, and hell all of the various leaks these past years, have done nothing. People still use Google and other services, have Google accounts, carry around a phone with Google apps listening to them and pumping through advertisements.

That part is already sealed, it's just whether or not they'll be allowed to use it against people at this point.

unfortunately this was done during a very self destructive depressive episode I have been going through, but with the amount of black pilling going on it is a lot harder to believe in the future. All the governors and mayors in blue cities and states start getting tough on anything remotely violent. DAs start prosecuting. Some Antifa members go to jail and most are silently pardoned a few months later. Biden signs a few half-hearted executive orders and promises to make some laws for REAL CHANGE (which don't happen because the Democrat establishment knows what happens if you defund the police). The protests become a couple of people holding signs in the park with zero violence and rioting. Joe Biden is credited as helping solve racial tensions in America caused by Trump and stopping the Russian backed rioting and violence and the people perpetrating it who were mostly far-right Nazis anyway.

Another win for Joe Biden, just like what he'll do with coronavirus where all the restrictions (some of which he'll impose) will magically vanish and the media will stop talking about within a few months of a Biden victory.
