Texas girl, 9, says she's being sexually abused by mother's boyfriend in video: 'Mommy watches it happen' - Is forced to return to her mothers custody while screaming and begging her dad for help, father threatened with jail-time by the grandmother and mother if he does anything

FRISCO, TEXAS: A nine-year-old girl in Frisco, Texas has alleged that she has been subjected to domestic violence, sexual grooming, as well as molestation in her primary residence.

A GoFundMe page dedicated to raising legal funds for the youngster, identified as Sophie Long, 9, claims her "father is fighting for her life while her abusers pull every resource to get their hands back on her." Meanwhile, Sophie has also alleged that her biological mother is complicit in the abuse and is "encouraging it."

"We have gone through 30 thousand dollars since June and the fight somehow isn't over," organizer Kourtney Chalmers wrote on the crowdfunding website. "We have been dealing with CPS, Law Enforcement, Lawyers, DFPS, Forensic interviews, and several doctors that are helping with Sophie's recent medical issues in her private areas and as a resolute of the assault by her mother and grandmother in this video."

The above video Kourtney is referring to is also embedded on the GoFundMe page, which has raised more than $50,000 of its $25,000 goal at the time of writing. According to Chalmers, little Sophie is "desperate to be saved from that environment and we are desperate to help her." "She states her life has been threatened by these people and she is afraid, but has a brave heart and wants to help her brothers get away from the abuse too," she added.

From minutes 14:40 through 16:30 of the clip, Sophie is seen pleading with her grandmother (her biological mom's mother) to listen to her and explaining what went on at her home. The grandmother is heard asking "Who's touching you?" To which Sophie says "Mr. Jake...and Mommy watches... Mommy watches it happen." Her grandmother then asks, "Where does he touch you?" To which she says "my Vivi."

Sophie then goes on to talk about "blood in her underwear" and how she's tired of all the abuse, but her grandmother appears to dismiss her completely and says she couldn't have gotten the lead role in the school play or done gymnastics "if she felt that bad about herself."

The grandma, who has not been identified, does not address Sophie's accusation about her parents abusing her. Instead, she acts as if the girl never said it. The rest of the footage sees Sophie's mother and grandmother attempt to drag the youngster out of her father's vehicle. Sophie's pleas not to go back home appear to be completely ignored.

"We are down to the wire and in an all-out legal fight while trying to get law enforcement everything they need for their investigation," the page reads, before bemoaning that the court is "actually considering giving them back to her mother and the people who help her physically and mentally assault the children according to Sophie and the boys - including relatives of her fiancee who Sophie has described horrific sexual encounters with."

The aforementioned video went viral on the internet, with social media users urging the authorities to take action as quickly as possible. It also sparked #StandWithSophie on Twitter.
Following a deluge of comments and pleas urging a quick response, the Frisco Police Department released a statement addressing the case. However, they did not provide any details in light of the ongoing investigation.

"The Frisco Police Department is aware of the information circulating on social media related to the welfare of a child. This is an active case currently under investigation by our Criminal Investigations Division," the department wrote in a statement. "We certainly appreciate the passion and concern expressed by everyone on social media and consider protecting the children in our community as one of our greatest responsibility. However, because it is an active case, we cannot provide any other comment."

The investigation continues.

Don't know wtf a shcool play has to do with this girl getting touched, that grandmother is a monster.

Racket's talks about it on his live-stream tonight, 1-ish hour in?

I've downloaded this one but it's too large to upload, 30 minute compilation

The hardest thing for single parents is to gain custody. Men have gotten the long end of the stick because normally dads are supposed to be seen as sole breadwinners and are not supposed to display any feminine traits, which is what the mother should do. But what if they're split apart! Sadly this is one of many cases I wish the dad had full custody but it's a huge uphill battle with greater chances to lose.
This is the sort of shit which explains why more men are going MGTOW and becoming confirmed bachelors. Look at this shit. Kid screaming and begging her dad not to let her mother take her back because she's being physically and sexually abused, and the state will still be in favour of the mother. Any normal sane person would look at this and go "maybe I shouldn't put the child with the paedo and domestic abuser", not the state, oh no, it has to be an uphill battle to do that. Guy almost certainly pays child support as well. Funding his ex wife and boyfriend for them to abuse his kid.

You see shit like this, and you wonder why the modern male might go "no thanks, want nothing to do with women or the institute of marriage". This guy should have just taken his kid and sorted it out with the police afterwards. At least there is a police investigation to see if there is any merit behind it.

This kinda sounds like the bullshit you sometimes see flung around in really nasty divorce/child custody cases, where the kid is coached to say "Mommy's boyfriend raped me" or "Daddy's girlfriend beats me".

What I immediately reacted to in the original article is the way the 9 year old supposedly spoke, that's a line fed to her. Intentions could still be good and parents putting words into the mouths of their children isn't unusual.
If there's no sexual abuse going on and the kid really wants to live with dad that badly, then it might be better for the kid to live there though it's incredibly scummy to do it this way.

If it's a money making hoax exploiting a child then everyone involved can go fuck themselves. This is why I think caning people should be brought back.

I am also suspicious that this is the case. What gets me, though, is that even if the girl was coached into saying that line, the Grandmother's nonchalant attitude after hearing that sort of thing from own her granddaughter is chilling.

If the Father is telling the truth, then it makes sense to try to keep the public eye on the mother/stepfather, beyond just a money-grab. The best way to fight abusers is to shine light on the abuse, and hopefully they'll be too nervous to continue until the authorities can sort things out. Maybe a vigilante will bash "Mr. Jake's" face in and solve the problem for you, etc.

...But at this time I'm drawing no conclusions. The whole story is suspicious, I don't know who is lying. Maybe everyone. Hope to get an update about this one later.

yeah it was something I thought of when I heard the police were already looking into it, yet the parent still posted this really personal video.

If this is actually true, then I'm sorry.

Not exactly inspiring journalism. So where else is this story? Well it's also on Texas News Today, that cites Facebook group posts and the very popular GoFundMe. Also hosts broken YouTube links with very little info. See:https://texas-news-today.com/2020/0...as-girl-says-shes-a-victim-of-sexual-assault/

So where else? Well Reddit posts citing the previously mentioned posts, along with the GoFundMe and a Change.org petition.

It's also on Facebook, Change.org, and GoFundMe, with everything making sure that you have a direct way to donate to the fundraiser.

I'm calling bullshit, especially when all sources are circular.
It's kinda the situation we arrive when the media is a cartel where specific opinions are not allowed to be questioned. The only remaining source of info is fucking Facebook and small local sites that would look questionable for a person with no previous knowledge of them.

Looks like "Mr Jake" was doxed (or at least someone with the same name was) in the comments on this Facebook thread. (Tried to archive but can't get the comments to show up in the archive). People in the comments threatening to go look for him. If this is all true, then I'd be happy to hear about him getting his shit pushed in by an angry mob. If not true and its part of some Gofundme scam or a custody lie, then :cringe:

That fucking father is a cuck ass bitch for ever letting that child anywhere near the mother or her grandmother. If I was the dad, I would haul ass with that girl to the middle of bumfuck nowhere without a trace and armed to the teeth until anything took place that never allowed that cunt anywhere near her for the rest of her days.

I can tell that those 2 women are both sociopaths just from the way they act like the child's kicking and screaming bloody murder to get away is just the same as wanting a toy at the grocery and throwing a temper tantrum when told they couldn't have it.
If he runs off with his kid every cop in the state will be looking for him, and if ventilates his ex, ex-inlaw, and the diddler he goes to prison leaving his daughter to the care of the state or another abuser on his ex-wife's side of the family. His only real option now is the courts, but we all know that they're heavily stacked against fathers. If he loses in the courts you may very well see a triple homicide.

Its all so tiresome, this isn't the first case of a child suffering because of this bias and it won't be the last until activist judges are removed and laws are changed.

The fact that this story takes place in Texas and doesn't go on to mention how the father killed the mother's boyfriend and how the DA was forced to drop any charges because he couldn't find a jury who would even think about convicting him tells me that something about this story is fishy. Either he's a terrible father not able to place the safety and well-being of his daughter over his own life or this is all bullshit.

I'm not a particularly bloodthirsty guy by nature, but I would absolutely stove someone's head in over this.

I want three heads: the sick-fuck pedophile boyfriend, the mother, and the grandmother. All three deserve the most painful demise possible...in Minecraft. Fuck, this makes me sick with anger.

I understand that the child could've been coached to say this stuff and it's kinda fishy that apparently all of the other dude's family are child sex abusers but the mother's partner(that is not the child's father) is the most likely person to sexually abuse her. Also have you seen a photo of the dude that did this? I don't remember what race it said he was but he was brown. And regardless of it this happened or not that grandma sucks massively for how she reacted to what she was told.

And people call me crazy for wanting to kill people. This world is... filthy. And the people at the NYTs say children who are fucked by adults aren't dramatized by sexual relationships with adults (and that you're a bigot white supremacist if you disagree).
