If you don't want to be "traumatized", maybe don't riot.

Imagine being so offended by some one's name you need to censor it
Also for a group that claims to love Harry Potter so much, they sure didn't take hold of the whole "he who must not be named" shit.

I forgot to ask, is Detroit still one of the armpits of America along with New Jersey?

Depending who you ask yes, but they have been applying deodorant and scrubbing it clean for the past few years. Outside of a few minor incidents there has been no rioting in Detroit, Chief Craig is having none of it, at the start he gave an ultimatum "Be peaceful and we will not enforce the curfew, start a riot and we will shut everything down". I think the resident of Detroit know what is at risk if a riot happens (all progress they have made in the past few years would be down the drain), the minor riot that happened after the Detroit shooting in July, and even in The Detroit Reddit the people were pissed off that the "witnesses" and one media source lied their asses off about what happen and were fueling the flames of the minor riot.

GMOs also increase yields without having to use as much pesticide, fertilizer... There's some decent arguments against Monsanto being a rather cruel company and how we don't want to genetically bottleneck all our crops, but in general people against GMOs are anti-science morons who "love science"

I have a friend (with a MS in the field) who works for their government in researching GMOs, they have mixed feelings about it, one hand Monsanto is a shit bag and they don't like the idea of being able to "own" DNA, but on the other it can be used to help farmers and improvised people/populations.

I would assume if you act aggressive towards somebody armed, you invite the chance for the armed citizen to engage. Not just protected by law, but plain common sense. Think about it, if you were being attacked and you had a chance to defend yourself, would you just "lay down?" Not take any advantage you have to GTFO there? Seriously?

What an effective political strategy, shilling your dementia patient in a game designed for children. Most of these lefties always tend to enjoy things that are not intended for their age range. Of course though, might be because of a sense of nostalgia, I mean most of these things where popular when I was a kid; Spongebob, Disney, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, Harry Potter, and (INSERT LONG RUNNING FRANCHISE HERE) . Not to say that occasionally enjoying something like that as an adult, especially if you have kids of your own is fair and reasonable. It seems like though most of these people are mainly still consuming entertainment intended for children at large. To a degree it makes sense, considering that these people are mostly caught between the mental age of 8-12 years old. A very naive sheepish chunk of the population at large, fucking cringe. I don't know why they can't keep their weird shit away from properties intended for children, be that their faggy politics, or their degenerate kinks. Anyways I thought Nintendo was apolitical, wouldn't they ban this type of stuff of their servers? I guess it's only when it promotes the orange man, and it tickles some mental regressed troon the wrong way...

Cocaine is one hell of a drug and I dont think its the only drug these antifa fucks are indulging in

In the face of the continuing riots, I think it's time to look at all the events financially related, and see if money's truly talking here. The reason: it has to do with an old saying, i believe it's "money talks"?
At the start of the year before the "CCP Virus" hit, Joe Biden was running through his cash and became financially desperate by May.
Also, people were going out as COVID-19 protections were supposed to be released, so politically blue governors needed something to scare people back to their houses. The best way to do that? More street crime.
Then ANTIFA came back more militant, bolder and meaner than ever, waiting for a powder keg to hit before instigating riots. I recall that my first thought when these riots first started was "Somebody got paid".
After George Floyd was laid to rest, BLM got more bold, set up an ActBlue page (this is where BLM's "donate" link in their menu leads to, by the way) and started to act as ANTIFA's black-bloc. A few BlackLivesMatter groups set up ActBlue campaigns as well.
Re-designation of Contributions
In the event that a campaign or committee (a) fails for 60 days to cash a check from ActBlue which includes your contribution (after ActBlue makes repeated attempts to work with the campaign to ensure all checks are cashed), or (b) affirmatively refuses a contribution earmarked through ActBlue, your contribution will be re-designated as a contribution to ActBlue. Contributions to social welfare organizations which are similarly not cashed or affirmatively refused will be kept by ActBlue and used generally to support its social welfare activities. Contributions to charitable organizations which are not cashed or affirmatively refused will go to ActBlue Charities.
Is it just me, or does this lineup of events look suspicious?

There's also the Tides Foudation network to consider. They're a network of 501(c)(3)s operating out of San-Fransisco that are supposed to "push the progressive movement forward". They welcomed Black Lives Matter as a partner on 02 July 2020, according to their PR release date. https://archive.md/TIrRN

Then you have Democrat politicians that are regularly linking to ActBlue campaigns telling people to 'donate to them'. Knowing the re-designation policies, it's highly likely that there's a portion of that money flowing back to Joe Biden's campaign (this is how he likely started getting money back in June).
Now that I think of it, why would this circuitous method even be required? Why not just have BLM pass the donations to the DNC directly?

Anyways I thought Nintendo was apolitical, wouldn't they ban this type of stuff of their servers?
Apolitical can mean ether banning all politics from the servers, or just allowing it from all sides (with maybe exceptions to pedo, real nazism, extremism on all sides, etc).

@Fangsofjeff posted screen shots showing MAGA/Trump stuff people made, so it seems Nintendo has no issues with both sides.

You mean the people who are really into Adventure Time, Steven Universe, She-Ra, Gravity Falls, and any other shows where they talk LGBT or characters that are "coded"?

Are old are people when they learn actions have consequences?
Usually before the age of 10. Depending on methods of childrearing, 3 or 4 at the youngest.

Were 90s babies wrapped in bubble wrap and not allowed to play outside or did that start happening in the early 2000s with the rise of technology? The only time I can remember not being kicked outside without adult supervision is back on an army base that had a wild Turkey problem (I learned then that turkeys are mean, evil birds and there's a reason why we eat them).

First post here after months of lurking. Just a nice thought - it's been quite a few days since any of the usual suspects have turned to e-begging for corporate-sponsored items. Last week it was Otter Pops and I think Dodge Ram (snack van gibs) and suddenly it's gone quiet, no more shameless Twitter requests. They know that they're not winning any hearts and minds. Must be demoralizing

This is what Arex was freaking out about when she got arrested. "You're putting our lives in danger!" because all the masked protesters were getting unmasked for publicly posted mug shots. All their precautions and bullying streamers to avoid showing faces, was undone in a single night by cops simply grabbing everyone.

And they should be afraid. Because, like I said yesterday, if the boogaloo ever kicks off, it isn't going to be tactical vest LARPers standing around guarding a courthouse. It's going to be rioters getting followed home by the population they attacked.

These people, who record license plates and post "Twitter do your thing ya'll", are just now realizing that doxing isn't only used for cancel culture. It's also used for recon.

Sometimes I think nearly all of the twitter are insane people.
Think of this instead friend. Hope it helps.

I look at political signs in Animal Crossing the same way I look at the Pepsi in Maniac Mansion. Just kind of, okay, that's a thing I guess.

And

Someone needs to get the word out that just because a mob is forming doesn't mean you have to go join it. Stay home and shitpost online instead. It's fun and you don't have to go outside.

The "kicked outside at 10AM because I'm tired of listening to your shit for a while" method of parenting was still alive in the 90s but it was becoming endangered toward the end of them. Up until then it was "go find something to do and come back when the street lights kick on" rules. At least until busybodies started calling the cops/CPS because an unattended child was playing with a dumptruck on the sidewalk. Helicopter parenting took off after Y2K, probably as a result of the paranoia driven by 9/11 and various television programs which seemed to imply that if you left your kid to his own devices for a few hours he would end up smoking crack or stuck in some 60 year old guy's basement.

Pretty much everyone I know that has kids now just puts a tablet in their hands so they'll shut up.

Is the Wheeled Warriors just another minority group that's part of the revolution (the disabled) or do they have some stories as well?

The thing about Asians is that they're like any minority to the far left: if you're with them, you are a friend of the revolution and the one to reap the benefits of the bountiful harvest. If you're not or if you SUPPORT TRUMP, you can go fuck a cactus and you're an Uncle Tom or whatever another race's equivalent term for a race traitor is. Carlton clip is on standby.
They saw how OP chariots are in TW: Troy and want to replicate it in real life.

Local Oregon news agency now with Video Format for the Kids.

News media is going after portland's utterly ineffective Mayor and District Attorney as well as the Governor herself for pulling shit right out her ass. Police Unions are not going into a warzone with no ability to defend themselves every single night with the same people going in and out of custody.

Fun Fact:
August Shootings in 2019 in Portland - 41
August Shootings in Portland in 2020 - 109

A 265% Increase in shootings all thanks to Ted Wheeler and company.
