Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Joe Biden doesn't sound too good. The way he mumbled at his wife there was honestly a little frightening, because he sounded outright delirious. "Hey that's my wife, Jill... Hey, Jill. I'm Jill's husband, actually.." They traveled there together and he must have known she was in the audience. ...Why did that seem to surprise him so much that he derailed his speech?

Because he forgot she was there and it surprised him. Or his brain misfired and he was remembering a different event where he was introducing his wife. His team needs to give him stronger meds, fuck. Good God this is bad. A Joe Biden presidency actually terrifies me.

I have been waiting for this to happen and I hope it does just for the sheer calamity of it. Would be so fucking hilarious because I can actually see this happening during an impassioned rant during the debates
