It has been a while since this stream and now hes banned from POs channel during this stream I think, the PunishedRalph chats are not showing now so it cannot be verified, but for the future you can find out the account information still, you just have to do it manually, alternatively there is an extension for Chrome called GoToChannel, and it will highlight the user in the chat for you to click and it opens their channel.
Now you know how to do it, you are able to easily check if it is the real PunishedRalph account in the chat

I do hope this was helpful, you can use GoToChannel from here in chrome but it glitches out for me and is not perfect.

The PunishedRalph account was commenting On a Tea clips Clip from 6 months ago

you can see the PunishedRalph account in the comments under Flufferz626
He also dmd Tea clips right after that comment and the PunishedRalph account is still up

Ralph likes to say that it’s not his account but because he was leaving comments on clips way before all the fallouts I think this helps tie the account to being his

Notice the date of the clip & dm

Could be opiates? (he was talking about "back pain" a few shows back) they make you very talkative, I didn't watch the stream apart from parts of PO's stream snipe, but if he was rubbing his face more or fidgeting that would be my guess.
I think it's very unlikely a doctor would prescribe opiates for back pain right off the bat anymore now that they've been discouraged and cracked down on. I think they only give out 3 days to a weeks supply of those things after a surgery these days and follow up thereafter, which is good. I think some kind of muscle relaxer is more likely
Skitzo theory: gator thinks his waifu actually exists via some CWC dimensional merge type shit.

Gator: "It's actually very high IQ it takes a lot of understanding of advanced concepts."
MKFenris: "Oh like that Ashton Kutcher movie!"

Typical nerd with an overblown ego thinking he's smart because he understand some Sci Fi cliche.

Edit: forgot second tweet
This seems so self-involved. Of course nobody but the MC, Shannon Gaines, can observe the world.

If you're fat, in pain, and have an addictive personality, painkillers will do what you're seeing with Ralph.

I think whoever said that has got it--he found him some pain pills. And since it's accompanied by weight loss (allegedly), he's a fresh case as far as whatever drug is concerned.

Get ready. If he found a dude with a steady supply, he's gonna get addicted and get even fatter.

I used to drink every night to deal with constant pain, and, for a couple years long long ago, snort Oxys on top of it (there was other drugs at times too for varying periods.) When you see Ralph start his broadcasts all chipper and self-effacing, then you see the energy flag and the ire raise as he drinks, that's what's up.

So yeah, it's not Xanax or muscle relaxers--he'd be dead on his feet before the show started, which is what happened when the legendary Pillstream happened. And whoever said "Ralph would never find a doctor who'd prescribe him shit," lawwl. I didn't get my oxycodone from a doctor. I got them from a guy who had a very dumb doctor and bills to pay.

So yeah, watch for him fiddling with his nose. If he's scratching the nose but no Tardski-style SNORRRRRT accompanies it, he's on pain pills.

As an aside, it's infuriating to see someone who's never done an honest day's work get addicted to pain meds. I was doing physical labor since before puberty, had jobs as an adult flinging around sacks of grain, beer kegs, hospital beds, drunk people, etc., and have had my ass kicked multiple times, which was why I drank and did drugs. All Ethan's had go wrong is a dead dad, and if his son is any indication, he's better off.

tl/dr: unless he does PCP, salvia, bath salts, or some weird new alphabet drug, I'm gonna fucking call it because I was a fat multiple-drug-abusing fuck myself.

Oh yeah and Ethan, if you're reading, hey man switch from booze to pills since pills can't hurt you. Knock yourself out, my Gunted pal.

I only like about a handful of anime so I wasn't going to comment but yeah someone tried to get me to watch it once and it actually seemed like a checklist of everything that makes anime terrible: overwrought story, saccharine bullshit masquerading as emotional depth, tenuous science theory exposition nonsense, did I mention boring?
I haven't watched anime in a long time, but what are the odds that he's into it because E;R has praised Steins Gate, perhaps prominently in his Life if Tumblr videos.

Having taken inspiration from remarks made by @Jester69 last night in reference to Ethan's new headgear, I have decided to make a fun family-friendly game in the style of 'Where's Waldo?' for your entertainment. There are ten puzzles in total. See below and enjoy!

Where's Peasant Ralph?

It's hard to get opiates for back pain these days from doctors, let alone if it's persistent as opposed to a one time injury, because of the opiod epidemic. If they let you get some, there are tons of strings attached, being put in government databases, periodic surprise drug tests where you can't even have marijuana in your system, counting pills, etc. It's difficult. Even the most diligent person may have issues with it. I know a vet who is combat injured and they can't get any to save their life. If you need more than a week's supply they treat you like a drug addict looking for a fix instead of a pain patient.
