The worst of those ads are the ones you can't skip (if one doesn't have an adblocker for it, I don't think the YouTube apps have that option). Trump ads have that issue, too, but there's been more of those non-skippable ones lately to the point it's almost intrusive.

I don't know, the video itself sounds more like he was just trying to bond with the Chinese Politician he was told to hang out with for the next 10 days instead of a frudian slip that he has chinese support (not saying he doesn't only that that clip is not very damning of it).

Yeah I don't see anything wrong with those China comments- it's a tongue in cheek gag about VPs having ambitions of becoming President and also a humblebrag about how he has a close relationship with Xi Jinping. Definitely way more sophisticated than anything he is capable of now.
In fact, I think the Republicans shouldn't bother replaying his hypocrisies and gaffes from the past when he was a decent speaker and quick thinker. Anybody else remember Game of Thrones? Remember Maester Pycelle? He's a priest/medic/advisor to the king, and exceedingly old. Nobles make fun of him behind his back, and would only refuse because he holds such a powerful role it'd be a death sentence to say it publicly. Anyway this dude is early-stage senile and has a bad back and limp... except a cut scene in Season 4 reveals he doesn't. It's all an act. Nobody takes him seriously with this carefully crafted facade. His borderline incompetence and slow wit means nobody wants to deal with him, but it also exempts him from scrutiny, invitation to plots, or being executed on suspicion of wrongdoing. He's one of the few figures to retain their post after several regime changes over the course of decades. His only goal is to out-stay the competition and craft a legacy by his sheer longevity in the Small Council.
I was gonna say if Biden's rapid spiral into genuine senility was a grift to evade meaningful scrutiny for his many, many failings, it's the best fucking grift I've ever seen. The reasons this isn't happening ought to be self-evident btw.
I was gonna outline the 4D chess necessary for the Biden camp to pull such a ruse, but then I remember that scene where Pycelle full force punches a kid in the face... dwelling on Biden doing that inadvertantly in a meet-and-greet...

Like I've been saying, wait for the Pence vs. Harris debates, not the ones the media will do anything to cover up for no matter how horrible Biden's performance is. I think people are underestimating how much of a game changer the VP debate might be.
