Well you can be left and hold opinions that people would say are right/conservative thoughts. We as humans are very nuance beings and as such can have nuance thoughts and discussions regarding our thoughts. A good example would be is that I would honestly think the leftists if they want socialized medicine and healthcare in the US, we should embolden our immigration policy and crack down on illegal immigration, while at the same time encourage the birthrate to increase and revamp the education system to create more wealth, but they seem to be keen on doing the opposite.
In my experience, people who tend to say x is y is actually x and they are hiding behind other people. Damn, that's what I keep saying about the dude to my RM and he's just like 'wHo CaReS, hE hAs SoMe GoOd IdEaS'. Nazis were opposed to socialist the only reason I remember them having socialism in their name is because they were fighting with the German Communist party and wanted to secure socialist so they could gain power. Other than that, their not really socialist other than their opposition of capitalism while most of the Socialist people in the party were killed in the Night of long Knives . Imo its wrong to call them socialist just because they nationalized industries since in the end their goal was not for the workers to own the means of production like socialist but instead self sufficiency of the German state plus they kept private property rights which is contrary to what socialist.

People like Vaush make leftists realize that the left has completely abandoned the working class and has been coopted by big money which uses lumpenproles as their new attack dogs. It's not anything new, I've seen the writing on the wall a decade ago when I was at university. I've seen nuLeftists firsthand talk hours on end about protecting and lionizing criminals, rich libertines, people completely fucked up on drugs and every other completely dysfunctional and useless class of people that nobody else would shed even half a tear for if they were either institutionalized or turned into fertilizer, depending on how extreme you personally wanna go. Then when you try to ask something like "How the fuck is giving criminals carte blanche to do anything they want gonna help the working class?" you're suddenly a reactionary fascist who wants to gas minorities and beat women daily (twice on Sundays).
It made me start self-describing as a third positionist, though I'd probably be closest to a run-of-the-mill leftist from my country, after all most self-described centre-leftists from my country still didn't get infected by the bio-Leninist virus and basically want a system similar to what we already have, but with less bullshit omnipresent bureaucracy that we inherited from our former state. To be accurate, Japan's federal age of sexual consent is 13. However, there are separate obscenity and child protection laws that criminalize sexual activity with juveniles (people under 20) unless you either have their parent's permission or the relationship is determined to be "sincere" and consensual. De facto age of consent in Japan is actually higher than the vast majority of the world, 18 or even 20 depending on prefecture.

The first time I read your post I only read this part before being distracted and thought you were advocating for fucking a 16 year old Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Its seems to be a reactionary opinion to get people of his back more than anything. You have to remember he defended child porn for the sake of consistency but all the sudden when age of consent the inconsistency with his anti-authoritarian beliefs don't matter
On a side note I thought the U.S had age of consent at 16 in some states but they just couldn't be with someone over 18 or some weird legal mess. The reason I ask is cause I remember this weird story where this guy in the U.S. had sex with someone underage but was only arrested because nudes counted as child porn and not for having sex. It might have been fake that is why I'm asking

To be a functioning and contributing member of society, you have to take your chances and purchase a phone or a computer or a car or food, and trust that the system will correct itself. Exploitation may exist everywhere but we are not actively looking for it, we happen upon it. Sometimes for convenience, sometimes for necessity.
Whereas child porn is already banned and heavily frowned upon. You have to seek it out. Your average person probably can't just find child pornography easily, whereas they can drive to a store and buy a mass-produced object within 15 minutes.
Unlike a computing device, you can live a normal life without child porn (although pedos like Vaush will argue otherwise).
Also... there is a huge difference between buying and using an object that is 500 steps removed from exploitation and specifically designed to make you feel emotions such as comfort and desire (i.e. a nice laptop) and videos of a child getting violently abused on camera.
If I show someone a random computer, there is no way they can confirm that the object was produced by slaves. If I show someone child pornography, it is abusive in itself (although pedos like Vaush will argue otherwise).
