If you separate the art from the artist, one of the benefits to that in the case of voice acting is that you can see the performances unbiased and it'll be easier to tell if it's good or bad.

Another facet I'd like to shine on this is that cancel culture is a fucking piss poor ruse for the loudest, whiniest form of addressing HR and consumer complaints, while I'd like to mention another aspect to anime in why people like it: the virtue of sincerity and integrity.

I'll get the first one out of the way in that in this day and age, money talks, bullshit fucking walks. Cancel Culture by and large is the failure version of boycotting, which it pretty much is. Humankind never got by fucking whining about this or that, and if we did, well, here come the tigers and lions and bears as the world's apex creatures to rule the world over. This whole fucking shitshow of a bunch of assholes who clearly violated their own contracts and business clauses is a transcendental form of this fuckery and are trying to slander someone clearly better than them to fight back and save their own asses. In the meanwhile, we have shitty CalArts garbage made by the dead skin shavings of whatever bedroom faggotry claiming itself to be "anime" and everyone is tired of it because it is clownworld agenda corporate office meeting creativity devoid trash instead of anything remotely entertaining and making a point that goes beyond classifications and boundaries. It will not make money because it is nothing that has to do with anime, other than culturally appropriating the idea that Japan calls all animation anime. It is post modernist smug huffing dicksucking first world spoiled fucktard fuckery that is not substantially nor intrinsically good.

TL;DR all rules eventually bend, break, meltdown, ie fuck up one way or another down the line, and there comes a point when something fucked up and does do which should not be done comes our way and has to be stomped the fuck out. Which brings me to my second point:

The second thing, anime VAs, I have shit on them because this is true. Let's just say that I had one hell of a convention experience and know my way around. It shouldn't be of any shock, really, but as according to one source of mine, he admitted that there are VAs who are in for the check and do not respect the source material at all.

I don't know what goes on in Japan, everyone is human; we all know the dignity and pride train when it comes around (ie "I deserve better than this"). But I'd rather support people who like doing anime VA and ADR work than a bunch of assholes who are only in for the money and a platform to ruin for posturing bullshit that has little place in importation and production work for things that have been by at large triggering like a will to kill on an AK-47 to the anime community, like oh I don't know fucking with source material and editing it out for "overseas sensibilities". Wasn't 4Kids a good enough example for you?

Moreover, and with some pride tooting of mine, you shithead excuses of anime VAs looking at me with your inflated egos and vicecandy that wouldn't hesitate to indulge in the same kind of monstrous bullshit Jeffery Epstein did on his shit island, you can not like whatever anime has to offer, but fuck off. I like my animation where anything can happen. I like the stories about giant robots being used as siege weapons in political situations, people appointed to be detectives for the heavens, learning how to tap into powers related to human potential, and silly aliens who come to Earth looking for fame and things they can't get at home. I like that it can range to children's fare to eloquent sophistication this side of Shakespeare to hardcore pornography. Maybe if animation out here could take some cues from its industry and had a brain, maybe people could actually make a living off of it instead of struggling in the bitchass fringes. You think it's so weird? Go star in Cats or something and get the fuck out of my interests. Fuck you too.

There is a time to separate the art from the artist. I can say this is the time that the artists are either frauds or hacks or shallow fill ins and need to be directed to the exit.

There was also the claim that Vic attacked Monica in his hotel room, but they ignore that and home in on an admittedly silly TDMA paper.

I wonder what their records are with predicting Gibson v. Oberlin, Sandmann vs the various newspapers, and Geoffrey Rush. Particularly discount Geico caveman, since Rush's case was in Aussieland. Who wants to bet it was the same "lol defamation lawsuit! Plaintiff is just butthurt! It's an automatic SLAPP!" before Rush cleaned them out of around $2 million USD.
