A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

The best cue to look for is top-surgery scars when they take the shirt off. No biological man I know would have issue with taking their shirt off because they have nothing to hide. Apart from that, most FtM trans people I know out themselves by either being too soy or putting on too exaggerated of a 'typical male' persona to pass. I'm always conflicted about this shit. Lying about your sex to trick people into sleeping with you is very rapey. Rape-by-deception is how people commonly talk about it. I mean, if you're a fit buff guy, which I'm assuming this guy was, you are not in real physical danger from a ladyboy who tried to trick you into sleeping with him. If he pulls a weapon or something, that's something else, but you're gonna be able to physically overpower this tiny dude on testosterone blockers. His sexual assault is based on deception, not force.

And unfortunately rape by deception isn't legally a crime in a lot of jurisdictions, so it seems really unlikely they'd try to murder the victim to cover it up. I don't think there's really an immediate self-defense justification for this particular scenario.

There are physical signs you can look for but I've found that with experience I've reverted back to gut feeling. Trannies belong in the uncanny valley and no matter how much surgery they go through there's always something to tell them apart. One thing that people often discount is their behavior. Trannies tend to act a lot more masculine and be much more combative and disagreeable than women. You can also tell by their body language. It's hard to point to specifics but after coming across enough of them you just know.

As for physical telltale signs, it should never go as far as to fingerbanging her to see if she gets wet. Besides, trannies know this and know to lube up beforehand if they think they might get laid, so just because she's wet and slippery doesn't mean you got a green light.

As you mentioned they can surgically reduce their cheeks, brow and Adam's apple, but there are some even bigger physical particularities that can't be changed. Mainly their hips and the shape of their torso, which have a profound effect on their gait and how they move around. A female has wide hips and a smaller waist and her legs bend inwards, whereas a male tends to pretty much be the same width from his hips up to his lats and their legs bend outwards (which explains the phenomenon of "manspreading"). It's physically impossible for a male to emulate a female gait, they just don't have the same bone structure and it's not something that they're going to invent surgery for until they figure out how to replace or rearrange an entire pelvis. You can also tell by their hands and feet.

I can definitely see how a tourist (or a stationed marine) can be fooled though, and I certainly had a hard time telling in the past.

As for the case at hand, it's definitely rape by deception (if they had intercourse) but it doesn't justify homicide. That tranny was an asshole, but so was the marine, so fuck them both. Shouldn't have been pardoned.

The current guidance (MoU) on conversion therapy lumps gender ID together with sexuality, and therefore advises that attempting to change or suppress gender identity amounts to conversion therapy. As far as I can tell, the MoU guides NHS treatment of 'gender identity', not gender dysphoria.
