They fell short by 4 gigawatts today - and the total output of the recently closed San Onofre plant would have covered nearly all of that.Is California's infrastructure so bad that citizens have to pull their own weight while the higher ups don't do anything to improve it? That's like dictating that your apartment complex doesn't use water at once because their pipes are bad or something.
So what's their brilliant plan? Close Diablo Canyon, of course.
