With Dave, it's hard to tell. I initially thought that too, but I'm going to ASSUME that option 1 is to restart the streak at 0 but without any changes, option 2 is to do another streak (he hinted at jersey's.....which are 3-4 times more expensive than his cheap vests), and option 3 is to restart at 0 but add in stuff.....like mixing it up with jerseys!

We'll know for sure Wednesday as DSP worded it super autistically......either that or I'm just that retarded

Reading your post, something hit me like a skateboard in a riot........I wonder if he actually thought he'd get money back if he won bankruptcy. He certainly acts that way.

Nancy probably fielded that question from him before filing and when he got the answer he didn't like from her he probably hit her with, "bugged bankruptcy mechanics, doodette."

Big brain play is; start Wednesday's stream off wearing the original vest, then refuse to address the sartorial choice when it's brought up by chat. But that will require restraint plus the ability to be the butt of the joke graciously and that isn't DSP's style.

10 years from now DSP will still be here manipulating his viewers, his follower will still be giving him money and this thread will still get 40-50 replies a day.

edit: also for someone who doesn't really care that the streak ended he sure is tweeting about it a lot, almost like he cares that it ended.

It seems to me that OnlyIcedCoffee wanted the streak to fail.

For starters, reassuring everyone he would come to the rescue should lessen the odds of anyone else tipping. That he was in chat during the streak's end confirms this was no accident. Of course, there is the possibility he just didn't have the money at hand - whether his Paypal account wasn't credited or he couldn't afford it - however...

Sending gift subs afterwards sounds like a way to say "I had money at my disposal, I simply chose not to give it.". It might even be a reaction to people here saying he might have run out of money at the worst possible moment, but since I just caught up with everything I'm not sure about the timing of it all.

It's because he's immediately adopted that suggestion from that tweet before. He's not worried about things anymore as he's confident the new grift will work out even better. With newfound confidence he can act like it's only trolls obsessing about it, ignoring his woe-is-me crying all night.

See? This is why you don’t need to go out of your way to fuck with Phil because he’s his own worst detractor. He couldn’t say that he was taking time off to celebrate Kat’s birthday and had to weave a tale of dumbassery to try to capitalize on all the tardbux when He came back. I would’ve wagered some gacha pulls on the streak ending cuz of his ego but his greed done him in this time.

Also, funny how the options are “restart the streak” 3 times, then a joke option. No option about moving on from the streak. Gotta keep milking this gimmick even after it failed. ended.
