Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I literally feel like Jack Nicholson at the end of Chinatown.

Joe Biden said that "Defund the Police" is Trump's idea, and instead of maybe questioning this a bit, my BLM supporting friends just roll with it.

"Ackshually "Defund the Police" as we said it just meant reorienting the justice system towards long-term crime prevention rather than punishment, Trump and Tucker invented a strawman of it to scare suburbanites." Was that the idea?
Why do these people love the word "unpack" so much? It's not just the word either, much of their argumentation involves reading implications into what you say, and pretending that it is loaded with meanings that they made up, in order to call you bigoted. It's like they view every statement by an opponent as a bag full of ideas, which they can rifle through for contraband.

Because that's their entire method for winning "arguments". They try to split your argument into many irrelevantly tiny pieces, associate those pieces with arguments you can't win (basically, everything implies you're an -ist or a -phobe) and then make every single one of them seem more important than the original argument. It's eerily familiar to anyone who's ever heard of the Gish gallop.

One of the Honey Badgers pointed out that the Woke use religious arguments, which is why you can't win an argument with them. They have their conclusion -- you're racist, they're right, ORANGE MAN BAD, etc -- and work backwards from there to find something to justify the conclusion they already have. The chance of their conclusion changing is exactly zero, because they believe it on faith.

Works amazingly well, you can find a justification STUPIDLY fast and toss it out at people. But since you literally aren't using logic or reasoning, 9 times out of 10 your justification is going to be insane troll logic at best.

Oh piss right off you dumb conniving pos. The federal government has no goddamn authority to fund local and state police. Piss off.

Also, one of the deadliest mass shooters in the US was Muslim (Pulse shooting).
They retconned him to be a secret gay and hoped nobody noticed how he planned to shoot up Disney World then went with plan b to shoot up a gay bar after finding out Disney isn't as insecure as it looks.

Social Justice and associated Woke topics are a Modern Age religion. That they use religious methods and arguments is no surprise.

So rather than a long string of dubious arguments on the topic that overwhelms the opponent's ability to address them, you instead overwhelm them with mischaracterizations of the opponent's argument, which are more unbalancing due to their personal nature? And the icing on the cake is that if you call them out on it they can turn around and say "I'm just unpacking what you're saying, it's not my fault everything you say lacks clarity, rigor, and nuance, forcing me to step in and educate the audience on the topics you pretend to understand."

That's another part of it, if they can't call you a bigot outright, they suddenly demand that you have the academic rigor of a philosophy essay, with all terms defined, citations from approved sources &c. or it's just complete bunkum not even worth addressing.

I wasn’t surprised when they did that at all because Islam is a sacred cow of the Democrats (which is an odd alliance to begin with). Calling it “Islamic terrorism” is a step too far, but they’ll call any white shooter “white supremacist terrorism”. Honestly, it’s the double standard that bothers me the most about all of this. They can use “white supremacist terrorism” all they want, but they have to allow others to use “Islamic terrorism”. It’s only fair.

They Gish Gallop every logical fallacy in the book. Listing their fallacies one-by-one is pedantic and allows them to set the rules.

That's actually kind of funny. I'm also leaning on it being an algorithm getting funky, though it is weird that it'd bring all that up just with "mob" since I'd expect most people searching up the anime would use "mob anime" or "mob psycho anime" since you usually want to denote what format you're searching for. Mob is kind of too generic a term to have the results for it flooded with some Chinese cartoon even if it is a popular one, especially with it being 'out of season' as most people would probably be searching the show if this was during when the second season had been airing. I don't think there's been any recent buzz for the show that could cause it to be searched up a bunch by people besides maybe some stuff about season 3 but since nothing has been confirmed it seems unlikely that would cause a major spike in searches. If they had given a date and some production stills I could see a burst of hype but I'm not finding anything past it getting delayed because of corona.

Also if you type "mobs" you just get minecraft from google, bing, and duckduckgo.

The idea that Google is using its search platform to aggressively promote PRODUCT is almost as horrifying as them using it to contort political information.
I can tell from experience that searching single words (I was using it to pull up Google's dictionary function) causes Google to pop out media titles at random.

That's why the best strategy for dealing with SJWs is to not even try to debate them. It's pointless. They'll bury you in irrelevant shit and move the goalposts until you're overwhelmed, exhausted, or panicked. Instead, ignore their bullshit, present your arguments cleanly and openly (and with a bit of emotion) to the normies present, and hope that convinces at least some of them.

And if you're arguing with a SJW in a place filled with other SJWs, you're just asking for trouble. Get out of there, find non-insane people to talk to.

Whatever you say, dumpy. It's not like anyone cares about MSNBC anyways.

It's one thing to think Trump mishandled the virus. It's quite another thing to blame Trump while excusing China, the country which actually created the virus.

I don't get this either. I keep hearing people say Trump mishandled the virus (well it's usually said in a more inflammatory way than that) but whenever I ask them why they think so, I hear shit that's either totally misrepresented or outright false, or so vague and ridiculous it's unprovable either way (Trump's prioritizing politics over American lives!! He's putting people at risk!!! He should have done more!! Why isn't he investigating treatments? (Oh he is?) Well fuck him, he shouldn't, that shit's DaNgErOuS and UnPrOvEn! Why didn't he give the states more ventilators? Okay he did, well what about tests? He did. Unemployment relief? Damn it. Well... what about asymptomatic carriers? It's both fatal and causes no symptoms among most people depending on whatever is convenient to my narrative at the time, checkmate, fuck you! What do you mean that has nothing to do with Trump? People are dying and it's ALL HIS FAULT!) I never really understood the term "begging the question" until I've tried to have a discussion with some of these people.

I'm not even someone who thinks Trump's actions shouldn't be criticized on this issue, I just legitimately haven't heard any criticism yet that isn't retarded. Besides, what he says pretty much doesn't matter because it's not like any of them are going to fucking listen to him anyway.

Exactly, they never say what he *should* have done. They'll usually fall back on the "he downplayed it", but that falls apart when you point out they did the exact same thing early on, and have since memory-holed their own downplaying.

Obviously he caused the Wu Flu because he didn't push for a nationwide mask mandate and mass lockdown the instant the Wu Flu went from "nothingburger" to "Spanish Flu 2.0" in the media. Now all the red states are going to Typhoid Mary the entire country by being less serious about the lockdown REEE!!!

Constitution? What constitution?

Honestly Joe Biden is the most open liar I’ve ever seen since he is just telling the most obvious lies that anyone can figure are lies.
Given his political history and rampant plagiarism, I should at least expect a Nixon-esque "I am not a crook!" ad, but no. He'll either go down with Former President or Former VP next to his name, but he'll always be Lyin' Dyin' Hidin' Biden.

I saw a Joe Biden ad where he framed most countries banned Americans from entering because of Trump but I did research and it was because of the coof.

In the interest of fairness, Biden might legitimately believe whatever his handlers tell him before he goes on air, I'm not even sure if he's lying intentionally at this point. He's pretty much always been a lying sleazebag as far as I know, and I don't even feel bad when Trump rips on him about it, but the DNC using him as a prop and making him a fucking laughingstock instead of letting him retire in peace when he doesn't appear to understand what he's saying half the time is just cruel and unnecessary.
