Didn't Vickers already say he got the authorities involved a couple weeks ago?

I'm confused about what's changed now that would get Ralph arrested. Unless he was bluffing back then about contacting the police.

Back then the police wouldn't do anything about the revenge porn unless Faith made the complaint. Now Vickers got into her phone and apparently discovered evidence of some sort of illegal activity.

I agree with all of that and I did not mean that her actions can be excused just because there's something obviously wrong with her.
My point was Ralph can only get vulnerable broken girls who would be susceptible to grooming and manipulation the way a 15-16 year old would be. Bad wording on my part.
Edit: To clarify one more thing, I don't mean grooming either in the 'she doesn't know what she's doing' sense, just in the 'nobody in their right mind would want to be with what Ralph has become'.

I am curious on one thing though, what do you think Mr Vickers has on Ralph? i can't stand all this cock tease i just want to know, my thoughts are that he has the following dirt on ralph.
1. photos or evidence that Ralph was talking to her when she was 17 and was grooming her
2. going from the first point, knowingly sent her photos of his baby corn to her when she was 17
3. pictures or evidence of them getting alcohol and/or drugs
4. from @Curious Addie My guess is that either Ralph threatened/blackmailed Faith in some way, or tried to scam money out of Vickers. The underage thing is the holy grail, Vickers previously ruled it out but sometimes miracles happen.
