Unfortunately for us, that is exactly why they didn't have Ron show up to the hearing. He's a total loon that would make his side look terrible in front of the judge. The ladies were only there for pity points. I think his lawyers know that they can't let this go to trial or Ron would totally fuck everything up for them. Ah... But seeing such a spectacle unfold would be something to behold.

Why is he always "covering something soon"? I know the answer is that he's lying out his Tyrone- accommodated ass, but he has to realize how long the list is getting now?

- the mediation (which he said he didn't want)
- the settlements (which he said he REALLY didn't want)

- how much his ex doesn't hate him
- the totally real evidence of Vic's pedo rape-molestation
- how he's going to sue Nick (on Vic's behalf even tho he hates him)

My thought process with all of that, is that he thinks he's setting up for the decision from the appeals court in order to drop everything at the same time as the decision.
It's not a bad tactic if he had started setting up all of this at the beginning of this month, or even near the middle or end of last month, rather than well over a year before now. Now, it just makes it look like he has nothing to those actually willing to listen to him, even if he does have something substantial.

Well, since Ron is going to announce what their mediation offer was, I'll just take a stab at it. If Vic had agreed to drop the lawsuit, pay all of the defendants' legal expenses, and kill himself, Ron's horse-faced fiancee would've attended his funeral to read a prepared, "in spite of his flaws, I considered him a close friend," and shed exactly 3 tears. Was that it, @Ron Toye?

The only true emotion we got from Monica in the depo was when she went on about Vic's name was on the box and not hers.

The alleged assault didn't actually happen, though. Maybe she could manage to work up a little tiny bit of emotion if he actually died.
Or, as a backup plan, just eat something really spicy. It's not like she'd have to try to start crying on cue, like in the deposition. Simply having a general demeanor of sniffles and teary eyes would be sufficient.
